정말 친절한 직원 좋은 위치! 드라마에 나올법한 옛날 유럽 숙박시설에 온 느낌. 직원이 정말 친절. 위치는 진짜 최고!!

Kind and warm staffs Beautiful and cozy rooms View is beautiful (you can see Alhambra though balcony) Nice location (everythings are located within few minutes by walk) Two thumbs up!!

The hotel is right in the middle of the tourist area, so super convenient but noisy on weekend evenings. The staff are very nice and super helpful

Es un hotel muy bonito y con excelente ubicación ya que desde las ventanas de la habitación tienes la vista a la alhambra. El personal es muy atento, y la habitación además de ser muy acogedora estaba impecable!

Too close to bars with loud music, loud talking and screaming till 4am on a nightly basis followed by cold shower or at best lukewarm. Worst accomodation of the week in Andalusia.

The hotel was not maintained as it should have. The staff was ok but we had some luggage stolen from the lobby. There are stairs going up to the lobby with no elevator to the lobby. We saw several people struggling so it should be in the description. It’s very hard to get to so do not try to take a car. Taxi only!

The room description was very wrong. It wasn't a room. It was a closet converted into a room. There weren't any chairs or other places to rest. The room was very, very small and contained only a bed and a wire shelf for clothing. The bathroom was so small that a 5'7" 155LB person could not turn around. The room was very noisy because it was on top of a terribly busy road. ********** should refund my $ because the room description was wrong and completely unlivable. The internet does not exist in any room. It can only operate at the small hall (which they call lobby).

Lovely hotel. Great location, wonderful receptionists, nice aesthetic, amazing water pressure 👊😂 & an elevator! Only drawback was no Alhambra view, but they showed me their roof deck so all was well...

The front desk staff members were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, however the pillows were too large and hard, making them uncomfortable. The shower was somewhat difficult to use. Most hotels provide complementary coffee and tea for hotel guests. Would be nice if that was included. To clarify, coffee and tea are available at a moderate cost. The hotel is in a good location, close to town and walkable to the Alhambra. The hotel style is unique and charming. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job! Overall, we would definitely recommend.
