酒店很好找，風景不錯，也很乾凈衞生，帶孩子去的，房訂的三張床的，結果前台人員搞錯，給了個面湖的雙床，兩張80CM小小的床，老公衹能去當地朋友家做了一晚廳長，第二天才調換成三人床。當天正好是元旦跨年夜，因房間面湖，很多人都在午夜跨年時放起了煙花，我和孩子坐在酒店的床上看了一夜的煙花🎆，也算是一個完美的錯誤。

Carpets need replacing, door locks were held in place/wedged into doors with screws. Punch-cards still being used as door locking mechanism. No lift available for guests. No aircon in rooms, terrible stay. Service was non-existent. Not what I would expect from a hotel associated with Thon Hotels. Will not be staying here again and will be advising both colleagues and friends to avoid at all costs.

We were in the process of moving from one location to another in the Stavanger area, before our travels to Uganda. We were blessed by this hotel to have an apartment for our time there. Having a wonderful breakfast included as well as laundry facilities was amazing and beyond our expectations. I would certainly recommend this hotel and hope to use it again.

Norwegian faulty towers without the humour. It says it has a gym, on arrival its a small room, there is broken spin bike, half a dozen mismatched weights and a old multi-gym which has ropes tethering some of the attachments. I would suggest the hotel drops the inclusion of 'gym' and advertises running routes instead. On the first night the fire alarm went off every 5 to 15mins from 9pm to 10.30pm. The shower head in the bathroom is split so when you switch on the shower, you get waterboarded. Breakfast was okay, if you like tepid coffee and half-cooked potato wedges. Its in a nice location and it was great to get out of the hotel and walk into Sandnes. Its a shame, it's crying out for investment.

Good location for us touring with car. Rooms a little dated but clean and complete. Beds good. Complimentary tea and coffee in room limited and no "milk". Coffee available in foyer. Good breakfast selection. The hotel is out of the centre. Would use again.

my first choice in the area. always warm an welcoming, early breakfast, very professional and welcoming staff, parking included and restaurant with simple options but very good. various drinks available in the reception area.

Location - Good. Lots of shops, restaurants and bus stops nearby. Breakfast - Complimentary and decent options Service - Friendly but.... The room was freezing by the time I entered and took quite a long to even warm up to a decent heat. It would have been better if they maintained some temperature noting that the check-in times were confirmed beforehand. I didn't have WiFi throughout my stay. I can see a Thon Hotel network but the receptionist was adamant that there is no password even though all my devices including Android, iPhone, and laptop say the network is secured and needs a password. No details of the WiFi network in the room either !!!!

Hotel was too far from our transportation. Online I thought it was in Stavenger, it was not. We were without a vehicle so everything was very far away. Dining was not close! No elevator. Needs remodeling.

This hotel was nothing like what was pictured in the listing. The room was very outdated, disgusting old carpet. The bed was very uncomfortable, squeaky and broken. They said they had free laundry service with washer and dryer. The laundry soap they had for us to use was the same hand soap they use in the room. After we washed everything we asked about the dryer and then they informed us they don't have one anymore and that they had a drying rack to use, which was already being used. We ended up having to pack damp clothes up the next morning when we checked out since they didn't dry overnight. The breakfast was not good and definitely not up to par with other Thon hotels we have stayed at. No hairdryers in the room. We stayed 4 days and housekeeping only came one day to clean.
