I reserved a suite. It clearly stated that my card would be charged upon my arrival on the premises. Before my stay, I received a warning from my credit card stating that someone was trying to charge my card and it was for more than the room. I had to shut down my card. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the manager tried to run my card and when it wouldn’t work, the suite was given to someone else. This is not acceptable. A manager, of all people, should not be doing this. I am very angry about it and now have to wait for a new credit card
