クオリティ・イン＆スイーツ・グラッツ - I-40(Quality Inn & Suites Grants - I-40)

On a three day road trip and was quite relieved to find a pet friendly hotel that was up to par! Others on the first 2 nights did not !

Our stay was comfortable. The free brea k fast was a joke. All that was offered were 2 sugar laden cold cereals an 1 pitiful waffle machine that was not enough to support the need.

Easy to find, convenient to area amenities. Staff was friendly, and helpful with finding restaurants nearby. Carpet in our room 301 was stained in numerous areas. Outside shrubs and landscaping needs attention.

I’m writing this a couple weeks after my stay, and honestly, I can’t remember much about it, which probably means that it was just fine, but not remarkable. Clean, safe, and convenient as a highway motel probably gets.

Best bed n pillows ever. Check n was quick and friendly. I’ll stay at grants New Mexico again.

We arrived late due to delays. Upon arrival the property already looked run down and not as pictured on *******. We were provided keys and were instructed to go in the middle door. The middle door was not secured (safety concern). Upon attempted entry to our room, the keys did not work. I went all the way to the front desk to be assigned another room upstairs (there is no elevator). There were no linens for the fold out sofa and were brought 1 pillow, a king size sheet set (it’s a full size) and a very damp comforter. The tub did not appear to be clean. The toilet had fecal material in it and it was clogged upon the first flush. The breakfast was very minimal and after the rest of the experience we chose to not partake.

Breakfast was really bad. Cereal but no milk. Everything was below standard

Super nice at check in. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was a little slow, but the gentleman who was refilling everything was great- was actively working to make sure everyone had their fill. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel smelled bad; room was exceptionally dirty-floors, tub, door knobs and bathroom mirror were dirty; linen was supposed to be white and was dingy gray, bedspread was stained or soiled.
