ホテルは新しく見えます。ミニマリストな方法で設計されており、必需品を提供しながらコストを削減します。ホステル、効果的に。市内中心部から車で15分以上離れたこのホテルには、住民を引き付けるための無料駐車場があります。公共交通機関は信頼性が低い。朝食は安い(€10.5)、選択肢は理解できるほど少ない。要するに、それは静かで清潔でシンプルです。

The staff at this hotel is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is not far from the old town area. It's a great choice for staying in Graz! In addition, the breakfast ingredients are carefully selected and worth trying!

There is some construction work in the area so if you are walking from Graz Hbf it is a bit roundabout to get there but it is close by at about 5 minutes. Comfortable yes and totally adequate but if I could have given a rating of 3.5 I would have. Just not really a place I liked but equally cannot be too critical as that would be unfair.

Plus points - the location is good and the rooms are a decent size with decent facilities Minus points - the staff friendliness was a bit hit and miss - some where great, some not so helpful. The room service was a bit patchy - one day no towels, another day tea and coffee not replenished. The parking was also not ideal - I booked this hotel because it had hotel parking. I arrived around 10pm and was told the car park was full and I'd have to find somewhere to park myself either on the road outside or search the internet for a car park close by! Not really what I wanted to hear having travelled for around 12 hours - fortunately there was one remaining space fairly close which was a relief. We were lucky for the remainder of our stay that we managed to get a space in the undeground car park. If you do get a space the car park is really good - well lit, modern and easy to park with good room for each parking space. Overall our stay was ok.

When we arrived there was a heavy downpour and although the hotel is directly across from the main train station we still arrived dripping wet. When we arrived there were two people on the reception desks and two customers being attended to. One of the couples was checked in and then it was our turn. We were told to hang on and that receptionist went to help the other with the same customer this lasted a good 10 mins, then a third person came to help this same customer with still no mention to us when they would check us in and by that time there was a queue behind us. We were dripping wet and just wanted to check in and dry off. When we were dealt with it was swift but no apology was given to say sorry for keeping you. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel, rooms and breakfast and easy walk into the main part of Graz.

室内はシンプルでさほど広くはない。がシャワーのみの部屋が多い中欧でバスタブ付きはありがたい。朝食は2階のレストランで朝6時半から取れる。食材の種類は多くないが十分に満足できた。フロントの対応はしっかりしている。 中央駅から道路を渡って目の前。トラムの駅もすぐ。なので観光にも移動にも便利だった。近所にスーパーはあるが、駅のスパーは休日でも開いている。少し早めに着いたものの、チェックインは2時以降だった。

2023年4月に1泊しましたが、問題ないと思いました。1階ではまだ改修工事が行われていますが、私たちはその音は聞こえませんでした。週末に聞こえましたか？いいえ。ジュニアスイートは小さなバルコニーと外のテーブルがあり、まったく問題ありませんでした。このホテルがここでもっと良いレビューを得ていないことに驚きました。良い点：部屋はとても素敵で、ベッドは快適で、スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。朝食も素晴らしかったです。モーザーホフガッセから6番トラムの墓地停留所まで徒歩約5分です。これで市内にすぐに行くことができます。悪い点：ここでの滞在について非常に小さなマイナス点は5つしかないため、5つ星のうち4つしかありません。1. 駐車料金 - グラーツの中心部からは程遠いですが、有料でホテルのガレージに駐車するよう求められます。代わりに、週末のみ、外の路上のグリーンゾーン駐車場を無料で提供しています。隣にあるBILLAスーパーマーケットとなぜ合意できないのか、私には理解できません。BILLAの駐車場は決して満車にならないからです。 2. 枕は馬鹿みたいに柔らかすぎ、部屋には予備/追加の枕はありませんでした。 3. 到着時にWi-Fiのパスワードが提供されず、代わりに隣にあるBILLAの無料Wi-Fiを使用しました。 4. 部屋にスプーンがありませんでした。確かに非常に優れたネスプレッソコーヒーマシンとカプセルはありますが、コーヒー用のスプーンやマドラーはありません。広告では部屋に冷蔵庫があると書いてありましたが、ありませんでした。 5. ホテルのテレビはリモコンが機能せず、HDMIソケットも機能しなかったため、不便でした。なぜホテルがテレビのHDMIソケットをオフにするのかはばかげています。今は2023年であり、私たちは自分のデバイスを持ち込み、それらで見たいものを見て、ホテルのテレビに接続することができます。ホテルはこれを修正し、リモコンを定期的にチェックする必要があります。日曜日に何をするか迷っているなら、このホテルから徒歩圏内にある Grazer Trödlermarkt (フリーマーケット) へ行ってみましょう。おそらく何も買わないでしょうが、そこで売られている古いガラクタを見ていると、本当に懐かしい思い出に浸ることができます。

The hotel is clean and new.Centrally located in a quiet area.The bathroom was small, but serviceable.Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was fine with a good selection

The Mercure in Graz .is a lovely clean hotel beautiful staff nothing to much for them .Room are fab .you couldn't ask for anymore. I can't wait to go back there .hopefully next year or the year after.
