Broken lights, plugged up drains, no maid service for towels and coffee maker, no breakfast service, and dirty floors. I chose this location as it is a Best Western Hotel but the it failed miserably to live up to their standards.

Carpet was dirty, mattresses are old sand uncomfortable. Tile in bathroom floor is not attached to floor and lights outside by stairs don't work and it is dark and dangerous.

The hotel was saving on cleaning and bathroom items. They were not cleaning the room and changing clothes, towels and the items unless you ask for but not every day

Very disappointed with this property. Toilet was dirty with grey mold stains and bathtub had soap scum and hair.
When entering the room the bed had signs that someone had been sitting on it and the pillows were all set to the side. It’s an old property that hasn’t been updated in a while.
I would not recommend this hotel.

When we went to check in our room, we had to wait about 10 minutes for others and ahead of us. As we were checking in, they ask us if we needed room service for the next day as we were staying two nights. We said yes, please make up our bed and new towels would be sufficient. The next day we went to play pickle ball and then came back to our room around 2 PM. Needed to take a hot bath with Epson salts, and then a nap. Got into the tub no hot water. And even worse, no one had came with new towels or the bed to be made up. So that was disappointing and it took some time to even get some more towels as they couldn’t figure out, what day we checked in and what they were checking out the front desk was a little bit shy on information somewhere. Not pleased at all!!
