ミント ハウス グリーンビル - ダウンタウン(Mint House Greenville - Downtown)

We had a great stay at the Mint in Downtown Greenville, SC. The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance during our stay! Coffee, food, and the Historic Downtown were steps from our place. The accommodations were very nice, very easy to find, and we felt very safe walking day or night. Access to the building is very easy. We enjoyed the small porch outside the living space, and the bed was very comfortable. We did not have to rent a car during this trip because of the location, and we are glad that we didn't, since you would need to pay for off site parking. We will be staying here again the next time we come back!

Absolutely LOVED this place! The location was outstanding and the apartment was perfect. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Greenville!!

I chose to stay at Mint House overnight between two medical procedures. It was perfection and felt like being at home instead of a hotel room. Thank you!

Need tv in bedrooms, when we stepped off elevator we were met with a water puddle, only one cart to carry items to room.. so inconvenient

This was the perfect place for our weekend stay. Wonderful location, comfortable (albeit a little on the lower side) beds, nice linens, and proper ammenities. A few things to note: Only the common sitting area has a TV, if you are in a three-bedroom, one of the bedrooms doesn't have any windows, and there is no on-site parking. The parking is close by, however, and non of these other things were issues for us. We will definately be staying at the Mint House when we return to Greenville.

Would stay there again. Great location. Parking was a hassle and the handle on the bedroom door was broken (luckily my husband was in the living area and let me out!). The apartment was very spacious and well-appointed. Little things like extra paper towels and trash bags, laundry and dish soap, etc. were in the apartment so we didn’t need to make a run to the store for essentials.

We were in town for the Greenville Half Marathon. The location of the Mint House was perfect! We were able to walk and enjoy all of downtown Greenville. Accessing the apartment was easy. We felt right at home. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful property overall. Room that I was in had dirty walls with large chips of paint missing. Maintenance issues.

Great location. Three bedroom sitting area needs more chairs. Kitchen is not well supplied, no small spoons and very limited cooking utensils.
