I haven't been here since before COVID so I'm considering that in this review. I think they have made zero improvements since 2019. I checked in to find out that there were no bottles of water. It was a good thing I brought my own and I'm a Gold Honors member. The front desk worker was very nice and pleasant. But the rooms are getting very old and are in a dire need of a makeover.
The cover photo used by hotel is a beautiful common area and bar (which it was and a nice fireplace too). Only other good thing was reasonably priced coffee in the lobby bar. However the actual room was outdated, the bedsheet/blanket was too small for the bed. Two flat pillows provided for queen bed. We requested more pillows in reservation but did not receive them. Valet parking is additional and our rav4 suv was charged as a oversized vehicle which no one allowed us to dispute. Pool had rusty metal and on lower level by conference rooms they had to air out with a fan, there was vomit smell. Disappointed by the quality of service and extra charges. This is not the right way for hotels to make back some money.
