Service here is poor and the hotel is under-staffed. On arrival at 2pm room was not ready and we had to wait in reception for an hour. On a one-night stay I was asked to provide my passport 4 different times for admin and photocopying. They did not seem used to non-chinese guests and kept getting the process wrong. Each occasion was ten minutes of my time. Breakfast was a joke. Went down at 0900 to find a couple of dumplings and a few slices of watermelon. No staff and no food brought out. Lots of other people came after us and were equally unhappy. No hot drinks tea/coffee. I also noted later in the day uncovered cooked food left on trolleys in the kitchen (rice in a big tub, some spring rolls and chicken) so i'm glad i didn't get the opportunity to eat there.
Room was clean and modern and beds comfortable. Location is also OK. For the money it was just about acceptable but I wouldn't stay again.
