Service here is poor and the hotel is under-staffed. On arrival at 2pm room was not ready and we had to wait in reception for an hour. On a one-night stay I was asked to provide my passport 4 different times for admin and photocopying. They did not seem used to non-chinese guests and kept getting the process wrong. Each occasion was ten minutes of my time. Breakfast was a joke. Went down at 0900 to find a couple of dumplings and a few slices of watermelon. No staff and no food brought out. Lots of other people came after us and were equally unhappy. No hot drinks tea/coffee. I also noted later in the day uncovered cooked food left on trolleys in the kitchen (rice in a big tub, some spring rolls and chicken) so i'm glad i didn't get the opportunity to eat there. Room was clean and modern and beds comfortable. Location is also OK. For the money it was just about acceptable but I wouldn't stay again.

As we all know， when the examination come here， The price of the hotel growing up. But this hotel didn't do that. It's still so cheap and the Service is very very good. By the way, the environment of the hotel is so soft I love that.

商務大床房寬敞明亮，裝修典雅而不失現代感，設施齊全，包括舒適的床鋪、寬大的辦公桌、高速的無線網絡等，滿足了我在商務出差期間的所有需求。而且，酒店的價格也非常合理，讓我感覺物超所值。其次，酒店的衞生狀況非常出色。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪用品都是全新的，清潔程度讓我十分滿意。每天的客房清潔服務也非常到位，讓我住得十分安心。

酒店離噴水池地鐵站很近，步行大概10分鐘，酒店大堂裝修風格獨特，早餐種類挺多的，環境優美，也不吵，交通方便，到貴陽北站打車十幾分鍾周邊小吃多，各種美食，房間打掃得也很乾凈，設施完善，很不錯，前台服務熱情，值得推薦
