It was an excellent stay at Clarens hotel in Gurgaon for a business visit. We were there for 5 days and the service we got was wonderful. I would highly recommend their breakfast, the service was impeccable. I was well taken care of by the staff, especially Dina Donghal, who was kind and considerate. After the third day, even though I forgot to ask for my daily Americano, he brought it in without asking. That was a really thoughtful.

The rooms very spacious. The check in and check out procedures were very smooth. The overall stay was excellent

The guards at the entrance harass you and misbehave when you come back late. Also, there is just one waiter in the breakfast area and we didn’t get the basic service like water and cutlery leave alone the food. Horribly mismanaged. The rooms however are comfortable and good. I wouldn’t recommend to checkin if you wish to relax!

Mosquitos, old furniture, below average service. Unclean rooms breakfast decent. Else food is average

The experience overall was okay kinds. The room was in a very bad state as their wall cracks on the wall and water was leaking from the mirror. Very concise and small space.

Great option for business/work travel. Comfortable room and good service. They can perhaps introduce smart tv so the guest can plug their ott and chill
