Stayed here with my wife and son while visiting family and had a great experience. I was a bit hesitant at first since we usually stick with Marriott properties, but this place exceeded expectations and honestly felt better than many Marriott hotels we’ve stayed at. The hotel feels brand new, very clean, and well maintained. The laundry room was a huge plus for us, especially traveling with a child. Breakfast was convenient and tasty, so we didn’t even need to leave the building in the mornings. There’s also a convenience store right around the corner which made things even easier. What really stood out was the staff. The reception team was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when my son had an emotional moment. Despite the language barrier, check-in and check-out were smooth using an offline translation app. Would definitely stay here again.

チェックインの経験は良いです、ホテルの場所もとても良いです、河北大学の向かい、高速鉄道駅にとても近いです、ホテルには保定東駅のピックアップサービスがあります、とても便利です、私を迎えに行く人を手配してくれたマネージャーのGaoのおかげで、ビジネスカーのピックアップ、良いサービス、ホテルの設備、良い環境もとても良いです、朝食も美味しく、種類も豊富で、サービスもとても良いです。次回保定に出張するときは、卓正に住んでいます。

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Some speak English. The room was very spacious with lots of tech gadgets and big tv screens. There were however no cupboards to put your clothes or suitcases in. The roof terrace with pool is really nice, but the restaurant in the basement is unwelcoming. Breakfast was cold and although they had a good coffee machine, they were not able to use it to make a good coffee. Instead of juice or tea they offered cola and sprite. Although we had a good stay we have to say that the prices for rooms in this hotel are quite high and the hotel in total doesn’t live up to those prices.

部外者が初めてカン州に行ったとき、アプリでトップランクのホテルを見つけました。大丈夫だとは思っていませんでした。場所は良く、駐車スペースは十分でした。部屋の防音が良くなかったことを除いて、廊下で誰かが真夜中に話しました。部屋はとてもはっきりしていて、階下のレストランはとても安いです

滞在はとても快適で、サービスはとても丁寧で、子供たちを保定に遊びに連れて行きました。ホテルの朝食もとても美味しかったです。部屋のデザインスタイルも気に入りました。シンプルかつエレガントで、ホテルは駐車場に非常に便利です。特にフロントスタッフのメアリーさんやルームサービスのスタッフの質が高く、心温まるサービスをご提供いたします。

The hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc. The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

Everting is good ,1st time I came into China as a Muslim business man, I found this hotel have HALAL food options in a breakfast as well, location near to all my required factories. One thing management need to focus on: 1- smoking is everywhere almost although they have displayed the sign ,”no smoking “ but no one care even hotel staff as well especially breakfast time staff also does smoking which gives me anxiety and sickness as a non smoker . In rooms people are smoking as well. It’s very good hotel but no following the rules non smoking . Next to the hotel is halal restaurant is available as well for lunch and dinner. Important thing they have prayer room as well.

今回は子供たちと一緒にウォーターバンクフラワーシティホテルの親子部屋を選びました。経験は特に驚きでした。部屋は広としていて、レイアウトはとても子供っぽいです。細部までこだわった子供用品が特別に用意されています。寝具は柔らかく快適で、子供たちは特に安らかに眠ります。衛生状態が整っており、角がきれいで、独特の臭いはありません。フロントデスクのサービスは行き届いていて、チェックインは迅速で、問題が発生した場合に迅速に対応します。ホテルの環境は静かで、騒音が子供たちの休息に影響を与えることを心配する必要はありません。旅行や食事に便利です。全体的な設備は整っており、赤ちゃん連れの家族に非常に適しています。子供たちはとても幸せに暮らし、値段もとても高いです。次回家族を連れて行くときは、ここで優先します。

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

家族連れの小さな休暇、Ctripの比較から、私はまだDianguHotelを選びました。これは比較的早い5つ星ホテルです。子供を連れて行ったので、注文時に特別なメモがいくつかありました。ホテルのロビーのマネージャーである王チャオが事前に私に連絡し、部屋を慎重に手配し、アップグレードし、子供に朝食を送ってくれるとは思っていませんでした。ホテルに着くと、マネージャーの王も私たちを迎えてくれました。部屋はとても満足していて、ミネラルウォーター、果物、ミニバー、ロクシタンウォッシュ、うがい薬、小さなが与えられました。子供たちは特に～が好きです。 この旅行は、王マネージャーの特別なケアに感謝します!名前を付けて賞賛する必要があります～ さらに、朝食は非常に豊富で、休日の多くの人はまだ追いつくことができます。次回はここに滞在します、お勧め～ 少し後悔してくださいホテルにプールがあれば本当に完璧です～シャワーとバスタブが分離されている場合、このデザインの高齢者はまだ少し安全ではないので、一緒に浴槽に浸ることをあえてしません。
