__WeChat47912****出張で雄安に来たのですが、今回もオレンジクリスタルホテルを選びました。ホテルは設備が充実していて、サービスも行き届いていて丁寧です。部屋の装飾はシンプルでエレガント、寝具は清潔で快適で、睡眠の質もとても良かったです。チェックイン後、無料のウェルカムフルーツ、アイスレモンプラムジュース、スパークリングウォーター、無糖コーラ、手作りコーヒー、小さなクッキーなどが用意されていました。朝食はいつものように種類が豊富で、今回は前回よりも新鮮なハムのスライスが多く、トーストとマスクメロンも添えられていて、どれも美味しかったです！チェックアウト時には、軽食とテイクアウトのコーヒーも提供されました。全体的に素晴らしい体験でした！

2205352****在保定的深圳園開發區裏，很新的酒店。服務特別熱情周到，每一位服務員都是禮貌熱情，真誠相待，有求必應，確實賓至如歸。園區內招商情況一般，街道和飯館裏的人都不多，酒店裡的客人也不多。不過並沒有影響酒店的餐食準備，晚餐吃的德式雙人餐，味道中規中矩，是提前詢問了我們用餐時間後精心準備的；自助早餐也非常豐盛，中餐西餐都有，當地特色的驢火和牛肉罩餅也都有，特別贊一下牛肉罩餅，非常地道，比我們專門去吃的白府老店味道不差。酒店地庫停車免費。

__FL377241****11月に州に来ることを選び、ウォーターバンクフラワーシティホテルに住むことを選びました。ホテルには設備が整っており、駐車場があり、隣にはスーパーマーケット、レストランがあり、食事はとても便利です。夕方9時に夕食があります。朝食はビュッフェ式で、種類は比較的豊富ですが、いくつかは涼しいです。ホテルでは喫煙は許可されていませんが、廊下のエレベーター通路で喫煙する人が常にあり、エレベーターを待っているときは非常に恥ずかしいです!

ゲゲストThe hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc.
The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

朝食はシンプルすぎます。*は自分で広げて茹でます。
価格はまだ価値があります。
場所は少し離れたところにあり、周囲は工事現場に囲まれています。

Ttravelling with teensThe staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Some speak English. The room was very spacious with lots of tech gadgets and big tv screens. There were however no cupboards to put your clothes or suitcases in. The roof terrace with pool is really nice, but the restaurant in the basement is unwelcoming. Breakfast was cold and although they had a good coffee machine, they were not able to use it to make a good coffee. Instead of juice or tea they offered cola and sprite. Although we had a good stay we have to say that the prices for rooms in this hotel are quite high and the hotel in total doesn’t live up to those prices.

ゲゲストService good. The hotel has a very engaging, welcoming and helpful Manager. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back again. A suggestion is that Wudo needs to consider having a small freezer and oven for food warming especially during this winter season where going out for dinner is not comfortable. Otherwise I still recommend Wudo to my friends.

GGLENYSThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟
