🌿 Great Emotional Value, Though Some Details Need Improvement I recently stayed at La Mere Ancienne in Guiyang. Overall, it was a warm experience, but there were some ups and downs. The Highlights: The ”Emotional Value” here is excellent. The nine-grid breakfast was both beautiful and delicious, especially the authentic beef rice noodles. Since it wasn't crowded, the waiter spent a lot of time chatting with the elderly members of our family, sharing many interesting fun facts, which made them very happy. We also received a beautiful tie-dye silk scarf as a parting gift. Later on, the staff was patient enough to upgrade our room, and the Yao herbal bath was perfect for removing all our fatigue. The Downsides: However, the check-in process left something to be desired. Although the room features a private herbal bath, the staff didn't proactively offer or deliver the herbs until we asked. Additionally, we were told that the afternoon snacks were already sold out when we arrived. Summary: While the initial service was a bit passive, the subsequent hospitality and the unique atmosphere made up for it. A solid choice, but I hope they can improve their proactiveness during check-in!

Very beautiful and classy homestay - I would even call it a boutique hotel. Rooms and common spaces incorporate local minority theemed design elements, which I felt greately added to the atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean without any hint of cigarette smell. Excellent hot shower, nice towels (though hotel does provide disposable ones). Overall, the room had everything, aside from luggage rack and hand/body lotion. My second floor room looked out to the courtyard, beautiful arch and mountains at a distance. I imagine top-floor rooms having even better views, but they didn't have any availability though I would have loved to stay there. Location was perfect - 5 min walk to Xiaoqikong park entrance. Finally, SUPERB staff. Customer service is on top - free transportation to the train station, greetings with fresh fruit platter, ginger tea to cool off under getting caught in the rain, etc. Separate thanks to Echo who has good command of English and was there to answer any questions, address all my concerns, walk(!) me to the best restaurant in town, and give me rubber slippers while my shoes were drying! Aside from making sure that my stay was perfect, she also served as sort of ambassador into the Guizhou minority culture and shared with me her deep knowledge and love for their history and way of life. Highly highly recommended!

全体的にサービスが素晴らしく、スタッフの方々はとても親切でした。貴陽到着後、レンタカーを借りてドライブしようと考えていたのですが、バトラーの方が前日にお電話くださり、新幹線の方が速いこと、そして駅まで迎えに来てくださると教えてくれました。翌日、私たちがまだ駅に着かないうちに、バトラーの方から電話があり、既に出口で待っていると連絡がありました。私たちを出迎えると、親切に荷物を持って部屋まで案内してくれました。とても安心して利用できるサービスでした。 宿の裏山にはプールがあり、無料の民族衣装も用意されていて、写真撮影にぴったりです。特に強調したいのは、宿のレストランの食事がとても美味しかったことです。特に鶏スープは絶品でした。（ここ、ぜひ忠告を聞いてください！私たちは到着してすぐ屋台街で食事をしたのですが、翌朝しばらく胃がムカムカしてしまいました。もちろん、私たちが行ったお店が悪かったのかもしれませんが、鸞禧（らんき）さんのレストランは本当に食材が新鮮で、私も口コミを見て試してみたのですが、期待以上の美味しさに驚きました。）外食に出かける手間も省けて、時間の節約にもなりました。 その他には、毎日提供される瑶族（ヤオ族）の薬草足湯が最高でした。夜には、バトラーの男性スタッフが温かい薬草足湯を部屋まで持ってきてくれ、さらに暑気払いになる緑豆スープも付いてきました。これがとても美味しくて（遠慮がなければもう一杯お願いしたかったです）。最後、出発の際もバトラーの方が駅まで送ってくださり、まるで大人なのに子供のように甘やかされているようでした。また貴州を訪れる際は、必ずここに泊まりたいと思います！

We are two couples from the United States. We picked Yunshang Jianli Homestay because of its very high rating. After spending two nights there, we concur with their rating. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The homestay is very conveniently located. It is a short walk to the East Gate of the Xiaoqikong Scenic area as well as to the shuttle station to the Libo High Speed Train Station. The staff, from the manager to the housekeepers to the homestay restaurant’s cook, was friendly, helpful and personable. Speaking of the restaurant, we ate there both nights and each dish was excellent. We highly recommend the fish soup, which might have been the best fish soup we have ever had. Their high rating is well earned.

酒店裝修風格屬於中式大堂PS：老闆愛喝茶每間房都有正山小種加西式的客房，既有古典美也有現代風的房間，很整潔和五星的感覺，從我們決定住起就一直在問老闆，可以這個嗎可以那個嗎老闆 天天送〉 一做了解答，並且很細心的關照每個住客需求，我們下了高鐵就會派一輛豪車來接我們，然後車上會告訴我們吃什麼，哪裡有好景色，避坑那些，特別幽默，老闆是浙江人非常會做生意，接上我們安置到了親子房，我們就收到歡迎水果，連住倆天每天都#精品民宿#親子友好民宿不重樣，另外還會教育那些不安靜打擾別人的熊孩子，閨蜜中途生病還立刻放下手邊的直播帶我們去衞生所，這是一個既讓人舒適又又温度的民宿，推薦大家來，#服務熱情 再次實名點贊，細節滿滿!ps：周邊也特別方便，吃的喝的逛的都在附近，也不吵

What I like most is : The room is on the fourth floor. I didn’t pay for an expensive room so the room looks out to the backyard which is disorganized. If I pay more I would’ve gotten a better view. What I pay is what I get obviously. Nevertheless the room is very very nice. It has many lights and well lit and I love it. I can read without feeling that I am living inside a cave. The smart toilet is a place to for buttock massage.  The breakfast is quiet good.. It has fruit, bao zi and a freshly made bowl of rice noodles. The hotel offers fruit for free . I love to have fruit and the fact that I don’t have to buy it and carry it back to the hotel. I have daily house keeping . My garbage was emptied.  There are 2 massage chairs that are very good. The hotel decor in the lobby and the room are very pleasant. The owner has good ‘taste’. I am not a big fan of disposable towels. If there is anything I prefer, is I want to cloth bathing towels. I felt like I used a piece of enormous napkins to dry my body. This is not a deal breaker though as I only stay 2 nights. If I stay longer, there would be anything else to do because I complete the whole circuit in less than 4 hours. The next day I went to Yao Shan and there wasn’t many people . But being 65, the entrance is free but I paid 20 rmb for the short bus ride. I paid 15 rmb one way on a DiDi there and the same coming back. The location is at the extreme end of this neighborhood and would require a 10 minutes uphill to the entrance. The park is quite big. You have to walk 10 minutes to 15 minutes to the entrance, then after you buy the ticket, another 10 minutes to the bus stop so it is quite a lot of walking before you begin your journey. If I have to do it all over again, I would have spent more time at every stop. I misunderstood that route A and route B is different. Route B is exactly the same as route A in reverse. The information given by the owner should include the trail from the bus top to the bridge . There is an option to ride a boat and then walk a bit. The trail is easy to walk and well maintained and quite pleasant early in the morning and before closing as there will be fewer people . The hotel is a bit far if you have a lot of luggages.  In summary, this hotel is the only one that offers breakfast in my 5 weeks through China and it was surprising good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place is beautiful and everything in the room was so modern and comfortable. The manager even picked us up from nearby location when we didn’t get a cab. The food was also customised to suit preferences. I wish I had more time, I’d love to stay for more days. The whole team was so hospitable and helpful. Whatever we needed was arranged as per requirement. I miss the kids of the family so much. Highly recommend the place and will definitely come back in future. Thank you so much for all the support and hospitality.

ホテルは景勝地への唯一の道にあり、Xiaoqikong景勝地と高速鉄道駅に近く、旅行にとても便利です。部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、スマート家電システムはとても便利で、衛生状態は良く、使い捨て製品の品質もとても良く、照明も良く、全体的な環境は快適で衛生的です。 上司は暖かくて親切で、景勝地へのピックアップサービスやその他のサービスを提供しています。オフシーズンの上司も高速鉄道の駅に私たちを送ってくれました。上司もとても熱心です!サービスはとても快適です。 階下にはオーナーのレストランがあり、皮付きの牛肉の酸っぱいスープが美味しいです。 次回リボに遊びに来たらまた泊まります。

Very nice hotel and resort, located inside the scenic park area, making it very convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the surroundings. Highlights: * Good location inside the park * Clean and comfortable rooms * Decent breakfast * Very kind and helpful staff * Excellent reception team * Pleasant resort environment Important Tip for Travelers: If you are arriving from Libo Airport or Libo Railway Station, inform the reception in advance about your arrival time. The hotel can arrange transportation from the park entrance to the hotel. Regular taxi services or Didi usually drop guests at the main park entrance, and reaching the hotel from there can be difficult . First-time visitors may find the hotel location confusing. Arranging pickup with the hotel beforehand will make your arrival much smoother. Overall, a very good resort with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location inside the park. The only challenge is transportation from the entrance, which can be easily resolved by contacting the hotel before arrival.

這次入住的酒店真的超出預期！剛到門口就被前台小姐姐的熱情感染，主動詢問是否到店，會提前給我説交通方式，還耐心介紹周邊的美食和遊玩路線，全程笑容滿面，讓人瞬間有了回家的温暖。酒店位置特別便利，步行幾分鐘就能到地鐵站，附近有個小集市，小吃街一應俱全，出行吃飯超級方便。房間更是乾淨到讓人驚喜，床單被褥潔白無異味，衞生間一塵不染，連角落都收拾得乾乾淨淨。性價比超高，下次夏天來荔波，一定還選這裏！
