This is a wonderful hotel. It’s in a central location, the room we were in was perfect and the staff were helpful and friendly. The price was more than reasonable and the tram goes from across the street. Centraal Train Station is a short walk or you can get the tram. Very easy to get to and from Schipol Airport. The only negative was the street noise at night, but it was the weekend before Chris**as and the World Cup Final weekend. Thankfully, we were so tired from our exploring that we slept regardless.

The restaurant is very well presented and looks fabulous. The food is pretty good too. Unfortunately, the staff made quite a few errors, although they were very apologetic. The thing I didn’t appreciate was the almost forceful way that a tip was demanded from us. That’s for me to decide, not for you to dictate.

We just called in to get out of the cold this afternoon and sat in a warm beautiful area near the bar and open fire. Perfect drinks and very attentive professional staff. Such a great warm place. Had a terrific sandwich and lots of great drinks 👍any Aussie would love this bar. Head bar tender during our time there was outstanding

This review is for the restaurant, we were passing by in a sunny, Tuesday afternoon and decided to stop for light lunch. My baked goat cheese salad was superb. We were seated at the terrace and could watch the world go by....it's on a pedestrianised square...Priceless! The interior decor was very swanky and modern. Great service- Micky was very attentive and informative. Hague was unplanned extension of our Amsterdam long weekend, and it turned out to be a lovely surprise !

This is one of our favorite hotels in Europe. Exceptional comfort and amenities!

Really great hotel.

Het zag er zo romantisch uit, bijna alle tafeltjes bezet dus we dachten hier moeten we zijn. Maar de bediening was te druk, niet beleefd, te jachtig. Onze stress-kelner liet zich opeens niet meer zien. Ons aperitief kwam na 25 minuten nog niet in orde en ons hoofdgerecht werd bijna vroeger ingezet dan het aperitief. De ober hebben we met de borden terug naar de keuken gestuurd. Toen het aperitief dan nog op zich liet wachten hebben we aangekondigd dat we liever een beter adresje wilde opzoeken De kelner was niet verwonderd toen we opstapten. We hebben dus noch gedronken noch van iets geproefd.

Zentrale Lage, tolle Suite mit viel Stauraum, kleiner Küche/Bar, Fernseh//Kaminecke, Badewanne mit Whirlpool, tolles Design ( Nachteil: Bad offen zu Schlafzimmer) hervorragendes Frühstück (serviert, kein Buffet), sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Service-Personal. Essen im Restaurant sehr gut.

Wat een geweldig hotel op een zeer centrale plek. Wij verbleven in kamer "het torentje" welke van alle gemakken voorzien was. De hotel medewerker liep bij inchecken met ons mee naar de kamer om ter plekke uitleg te geven. De volgende ochtend een super ontbijt mogen nuttigen in het restaurant. Helaas geen eigen parkeerfaciliteiten, dichtbij is een Q-park.
