B-アパートホテル ケネディ(B-aparthotel Kennedy)

Personeel was onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam. Op de site staat dat er een lobbybar is, maar er was helemaal geen bar. Internet snelheid was erg laag, als de WiFi al werkte. Bij klagen werd gezegd dat dat aan onze toestellen lag.... Zelfs in omliggende restaurants was WiFi beter! Er moest een borg van onze credit card gegeven worden (hebben we nog niet eerder meegemaakt!) en het duurde 2 dagen na uitchecken vóórdat die gecanceld werd. De kamer was prima en goed schoon.

They charged me 50 euros for my pet when they never told me I had to inform them about it and I think it’s really unfair because I did self check in.. they just take advantage of the clients..

The Executive suites have little in the way of cooking facilities. That was my mistake, I usually book a 1 bedroom apartment. The building is safe and quiet. It has free laundry facilities which are very useful. It has air-conditioning which again is useful. The beds are comfy, and the rooms are quiet at night. My only gripe is the dark brooding look of the rooms. Dark woods and a bit lacking in colour. I hope they upgrade them sometime. But this place is a positive place to stay, and everything is good. The TV is not a smart TV, so no casting from youtube. :D Overall I would recommend this hotel. It is in a great area of the Hague. Easy for the coast and the city.

It was great. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the TV didn’t work my first 2 days there. Other than that. Tops

At the check out I was informed that the price would suddenly be higher because a fault in the system. Will never go back there again

Very polite and helpful staff. The room was tidy and quite nice!

The first impression is a key, our first impression was horrible. We entered our sub -ground floor (no information in the booking and the price for this apartment was not reduced) to a view of dirty windows and a car park (the cars were higher than our windows), the floor had been wiped but was so wet we needed 2 towels to dry it. The bathroom cabinet had water damage. The pillow - it was so dirty and stank, I had to cover it with bath towels and spray copious amounts of perfume. Parking was on the street and it was ok. The reception is only open in the mornings and the receptionist did not even bother to say hello on both mornings when I was sitting in the common room.

Ideal for short or long term stays. Beautiful rooms and the apartments are simply the best you can get price / quality wise. Ideal little kitchen so you can also cook or order in. Terrific bathrooms! Whenever I want to go back to The Hague I will definitely stay here again!
