不錯的一次體驗，環境優雅，特別是服務到位，酒店每一個人都熱情態度好，餐食也很不錯，就是退房後還要收每晚53美金的客房服務費。

Very nice place! Good beach, pool, 4 hot tubs. Very good dinner options & choices (recommend dinner plan, you wont regeeet it) Amazing stay!!

The staff was very efficient friendly and accommodating. They did a wonderful job for Thanksgiving. The property is a little old.

Did not had a great experience at the Cedar Room restaurant. 2 nights was a disaster. I should put her name but I won’t. After getting my dinner she never came came back to check on us. I had to get another server to call her so I can get the bill. Worst service ever. The ocean restaurant was amazing ILene was amazing. Ree at the front desk is a sweetheart. BUT CEDAR RESTAURANT was a nightmare.

We enjoyed the property, staff is going above and beyond. Meal plan is a great addition to any vacation!

What an amazing stay. The view from my room (from all rooms) was stunning. The staff was just fantastic. Clayton, Cece, Alex, the wait staff just loved them all. But the rain, yikes but it is an island. Can't wait to go back.

Smiles when your arrive and smiles when you look back on the friendly true Bermudian character of Pompano Beach. The aqua blue ocean at every turn is amazing. Relaxing atmosphere that brings people together, and many guests tell their stories of how many times they have stayed here as if it were their second home. Staff work overtime to ensure your complete satisfaction. And bus stop close by to help you explore more of the enchanted island.

Beautiful location with nice private lounge set ups scattered about. The food was outstanding overall with a daily change in dinner menu. The clientele is definitely an older crowd-60 which includes the entertainment piece. House keeping was a bit annoying because we felt like we were working on their schedule (ie she told us a couple of the days at 8:30 a.m. that she needed to leave early so could only tidy up our room right now and there are no privacy signs on doors to put on your handle) Also, we found 3 very large cockroaches during our stay in our room, so we slept with all our lights on; one literally ran across our heads while we were sleeping and was about the size of a mouse!!! Fortunately that was our final night. The facilities could use a facelift here and there, but overall it’s a great place to just beach it, relax and eat delicious food. I don’t think we will return because of the cockroach issue and overall the island doesn’t have a real personality-like a “culture “ no island vibe and everything is overpriced and expensive.

Beautiful ocean view from room. Meal plan was excellent. Staff was great! Met one of the owners Tom, very helpful and courteous. Definitely will be back!!
