サンドマン ホテル ハミルトン(Sandman Hotel Hamilton)

Great soundproofing, you cannot hear anything in the room which was lovely. The location is perfect for a night or 2 en route to Niagara Falls. Our room was on the ground floor. The room had almost everything you need - no kettle though. The shower wasn't particularly powerful either and no bath. We tried to order room service a few times but no one answered the phone, so we went to Moxies, the food was good but I didn't feel particularly comfortable with the service there. Walmart and McDonald's is just across the road which was great. I'd say all in all, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Nice modern hotel in a poor area of Hamilton. ******* says you get free breakfast. Hotel staff say no breakfast is available. It's bizarre considering Dennie's is attached to the hotel. As a VIP member, they should NOT downgrade the room experience VS what was booked considering we booked in at 4 pm in the afternoon.

my experience at the hotel was fine got there in the early hours of the morning checking process was quick staff very helpful spend two nights will definitely stay there again should the occasion arises

Excellent customer service makes all the difference in a persons stay and this hotel exceeds that and then some. Will definitely do another visit.

Only issue was with the fixtxures In the bathtub and lack of hot water. My wife had to call the front desk to draw a bath. Fixture was weird

It was by far the best stay at a hotel ive ever had, the staff here are amazing the rooms were very clean. All in all we had an amazing stay if your looking for a hotel in Hamilton id highly suggest going here you wont reget it

Everything was great. Friendly and helpful service, the room was nice and clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Blood stains on the bedsheet and when we call the front desk no one bother to change the sheet he just provides me the flat sheet to put it on the top of that really bad experience.
