The elevator was out and I had to take the stairs with my luggage. There was no attendant when I arrived but a note "be back in 5 min". Didn't make me feel safe. The ice machine was also out on my floor. Tired hotel. Room was ok for 1 person - would be very tight for 2. There is free breakfast in the morning - waffle maker and some packaged continental items and coffee. It was ok. This is what I consider a "cheap hotel". Ok if your on a budget. Wouldn't want to stay for long - especially with no elevator. The mall is close by.

This was an outstanding experience from the time we were greeted at check-in until the time we were thanked upon check-out. We have stayed here before and appreciate that ownership continues to maintain the property. This is a great value and we highly recommend staying here.

I feel like I should have been paid to stay here. I can't believe the condition of this place. The pillows were disgusting, I couldn't sleep on the but one of them. The mattress cover was gross. The furniture looked like rats had put their teeth in them. And they are so expensive given the quality of this place!!!

The location is right next to the Quaker Bridge Mall on route 1 and is very accessible. The room was small, the TV was very out dated and took along time to change channels. The bed cover had multiple burn holes in it. I was told it was a non-smoking room, but I beg to differ. The hotel seemed to be fully booked. I was unable to get the continental breakfast due to a line of 15 people waiting in line. I rate it an average score.

Waste of money! This hotel is very old. They have tried to update, but as cheap as possible. The rooms are cramped, the old TV took 7 full seconds to switch between channels. It advertised a nice breakfast via pictures on the website and in pictures on the walls at the hotel, but they have switched to a grab and go style (eg. cheep banana muffins - not banana nut or bagels in bags). There was vanilla flavored yogurt, but no waffle maker as pictured. Cloth chairs in the rooms were filthy with stains. Carpet was dirty. The AC was positioned such that it blew directly in the face while laying in the bed. No room to put a chair between the bed and AC to block the windstorm aimed at the face.

Hotel is located in a very convenient location, 7 min to the Hamilton station Room and bathroom were clean . AC unit was right next to the bed but worked good . Nice continental breakfast every morning There was a Refrigerator and microwave in the room , very clean Desk chair needs to be replaced , very old and worn out , I was afraid to sit in it.

As I have noted in reviews of past visits to this same hotel, some grab bars or equivalent in the shower area would add to securiy.

I've stayed at this property twice. Each visit the staff were professional and friendly. The Checkin and checkout fast and easy. The property and the rooms are clean.

The owner or receptionist was incredibly rude to his guests. He treated them like crap and bragged about how he runs a "6 million dollar" business and that everyone else doesn't know anything. It was odd considering that his "6 million dollars" could afford him toothpaste because his breath smelled like straight Buttcrack. The smell went through the entire building. Supper weird.
