Massive hotel with 618 rooms, fresh and sea water pools and its own beach. Stayed here for two nights at the end of a small-group tour of Tunisia. Friendly helpful staff. Large rooms with all mod cons. Huge choice of food at breakfast and (buffet) dinner.

ホテルは海と古代都市スースの近くにあります。交通機関は便利で、アクセスはとても便利で、宿泊料金は安く、夕食は含まれていますが、部屋の設備はとても古く、トイレには敷居がなく、水が溢れやすく、キルトはありませんベッド。夜はとても寒いです。

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

7 月に女性 1 人旅で 2 週間滞在しました。悪い口コミをいくつか読んで、少し不安になりました。チュニジアのほとんどのアパートと同じように、ここも古いですが、とても清潔で、寝具とタオルは毎日交換され、ビーチの素晴らしい景色が眺められ、ビーチの真向かいに位置し、パラソルとサンベッドは 1 日 10TD で、スタッフは皆親切でフレンドリーです。必要なものは何でも揃うカフェが真下にあり、アパートはとても広々としています。バーやナイトクラブがたくさんあるメイン ロードにあるため、夜はうるさいです。耳栓をしましたが、問題なく眠れました。私はアパートやホテルに関してはとてもうるさい人間ですが、間違いなくお勧めしますし、また泊まりたいです。

The hotel itself is a bit tired but the staff really are what makes it. They are attentive and jolly (one member of the bar staff was miserable the whole duration - might be in the wrong profession?!). The food is acceptable. It lacks seasoning and flavour but it does of course need to cater to as many palettes as possible. If you like flavour, take your own condiments (I hesrd the ketchup was rubbish but didn't try it perdonslly). The food is also a bit repetitive largely consisting of grilled meat (beef, turkey, quail) and fish, stewed lamb, chicken and beef, potatoes (mashed, sautéed), chips/fries, grilled vegetables (courgettes, carrots, squash, tomatoes, okra), pasta and pizza, soup. There was also a variety of different salads and bread (which always seemed stale to me). At breakfast there is no bacon! There are omelettes, fried and poached eggs cooked to order. The omelettes were delicious. There was also grilled vegetables, beans (not the baked beans us Brits know and love), grilled frankfurters, pancakes, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and museli, fresh juice and tea and coffees. Our waiter, Salah, was great. He kept us topped up with drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. He was always smiling and welcoming when he saw us head over to the tables and it made us feel like special guests to receive his superb service. The rooms are spacious, but despite requesting a double garden view room we were given a room overlooking the car park and two single beds pushed together. The pillows were not comfortable - a bit too hard and thick for me. Plenty of storage space but very few hangers. A wash and ironing service can be provided at additional cost. Tea and coffee making facilities are available but we didn't make use. The tea wasn't great so take your own teabags. The bathroom is huge, equipped with a bath and shower overhead. the shower was always warm but not high pressured, though did a good enough job for washing my hair and rinsing out sand, shampoo etc. Our bath didn't drain well and took a while so no showers in quick succession. The hairdryer in the bathroom is terrible - I never managed to fully dry my hair with it. Do take your own. There is a vanity table and mirror in the room but I found the lighting at night too dark to do my makeup. the bathroom was better lit. Drinks are ok. Beer is a 3% local and red wine a 13% local drop. The white wine tastes like vinegar so we avoided that after the first glass or two. Cocktails are strong but very sweet. They have Coca Cola and other local soft drinks poured from bottles so can be a little flat. All drinks are served in tiny glasses/paper cups, some people had taken their own (pint) glass out with them and the bar staff did fill them. The entertainment wasn't our cup of tea - karaoke, quiz, live music, drag show. unfortunately it was too chilly to sit outside so we were confined to drinking in the lobby where the entertainment was on, so we were largely subjected to

チュニジアの沿岸観光都市として、スースは消費量が少ないです。ホテルには無料駐車場があります。入り口には警察や警備員がいて、何層にも守られているような気がします。ホテルにはプライベートビーチ、予約済みの海の見える部屋があり、海に面しています。しかし、部屋の設備は古いです。ホテルは3食あり、ビュッフェはバラエティに富んでいてとても美味しいです。ヨーロッパの多くの高齢者は数ヶ月間住むようになり、ヨーロッパのナーシングホームのように感じます。

Just spent 2 weeks here and giving my honest opinion. First off, The hotel is classed as a 4* this is true in terms of the resort itself. The hotel is spotless, good variety of food although quite repetitive. Indoor pool was good, the louder ”party” pool is good for a few drinks and taking in the entertainment from the excellent animation team. The quiet pool was perfect for the first week great place for a swim and to relax and soak up the sun, the second week we were there saw it become another party pool with people using Bluetooth speakers to play music loudly, put us off returning for a few days in all honesty. What isn't 4* is the rooms, we had a ”superior room” beds were comfy enough but pillows were terrible, far too large in height. We had a few issues in the room, the bathroom light switch was more or less hanging off the wall with a large gap along the top of it. The main light in the room was useless as it didn't come on unless you held the switch on the wall down, soon as you let go the light went off. We also had the bottom half of our door handle come loose and struggled to gain access to the room, that being said once reported to reception it was fixed that day. Can't fault the maids, when they done the rooms up while we were out during the day we came back to the room being spotless. I also feel like there was a real language barrier between us and reception which wasn't ideal, we found it a real challenge to get anyone to understand us most times and we were not the only ones who thought this after speaking to other guests. One other negative was the 3 guys who try and sell you excursions within the hotel, I say 3 but really it was only 1 of them who was really pushy when it came to selling the trips. We were approached by 2 of the men and we politely declined and were not bothered again. One of them was really bad, believe his name was Nabil. He was at us most days more or less pressuring us to book a trip, we told him several times we weren't interested but he just kept trying. I get that they are trying to make money but when your there for a relaxing holiday it's quite off putting. Negatives aside a final special mention to 4 absolute gents who are employed here who really made a difference to this review. 1st is Nomen in the restaurant, he worked like a Swiss watch no matter how busy the place was he was always on top of our drinks and always very welcoming and friendly, when Nomen wasn't working the service was pretty bad in terms of having to get our own cutlery and stuff from other empty tables. 2nd is Khmaise, this man might very well be the kindest happiest man I've ever met, he works so hard for everyone and I feel he goes unnoticed by a lot of guests for the work he does, he never once passed us without saying hello to us, an utter gentleman and an absolute credit to the resort. 3rd is Alexi from the animation team, the whole animation team were great but Alexi was a stand out.
