Great location in old quarter to discover Hanoi by walk.

I stayed 2 nights. The location is superb, right on the edge of the Old Quarter as well as Hoan Kiem lake. In terms of the room I had, it was very clean and comfortable. However, it was very small and only had a tiny window. However, for a solo traveller on a budget it represents good value for money. There was a problem with the hot water the first night in the shower, that’s why I took one star off. However, it worked fine the rest of the time so perhaps I just didn’t operate the shower correctly. They personally showed me how to operate it when I asked. The breakfast buffet was average, but the chef was very accommodating and made omelettes and pancakes. A special mention to Mai and the other staff at the front desk. Extremely kind and helpful.

We had a lovely overnight stay and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious and we were lucky enough to have a balcony as a free upgrade! Lovely omelette for breakfast. Also had the choice of noodle bowl if we wanted.

The location of the hotel is good and it’s on the old quarters of Hanoi. You have lot of food and shopping option nearby. The staff was very helpful. The disadvantage is the common areas stinks and the room window opens against a wall, there is no view at all from the room. The Airconditioner took a very long time to cool the room.

We spent 6 nights here in total. The rooms were lovely and clean and what you would expect for this price range. The staff were all lovely and helpful as well. It’s in a good location in the old quarter, within easy walking distance of most sights. We were also able to store our luggage here while we went to Ha Long bay and Sapa.

sejour correct, l hotel est correct sans plus, demande un peu de rafrechissement des chambres, peinture au murs, matelas... situation bien dna sle vieux quartier, facile d'acces la semaine, moins le week end suite au blocages de certaines rues par la police, pas de petit dejeune disponible sur place et pas de petit dejeune continentale proche de l'hotel tot le matin, avant 7h30 ouvert. un peu cher peuu etre du a la proximite du TET

The room was very crowded for 4 people. It was old and not in good repair. The safe didn’t work. But the worst part was the smell, linen and room smelt like damp. We stayed one night only. Were meant to stay again after our trip to Halong bay but we cancelled The staff were very lovely

This was our first stop on two weeks in Vietnam. The staff went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and we’re helpful in all ways. Transport from Airport and to Sapa was organised by Ms Mài and was absolutely amazing!! Rooms are clean and roomy. We were in family rooms with balconies. The location is tops. Close to all the action! Breakfast was great if you don’t want to go out!! Thanks for showing us the Vietnamese hospitality from day one!!!!

This hotel is excellent value for money, and I cannot praise the staff enough! Everyone friendly and went the extra mile to help me when I left my bag in the taxi (with all my valuables)! Safely returned within the hour. Hotel is ideally located in the centre of Hà Nội and everything was within walking distance. Mia who deals with all the travel stuff, a lovely warm friendly lady who speaks excellent English. If you need any trips or tourist information Mia can help with this. Mia recommended the Hà Nội Hilton (Prison) - this was well worth a visit 😊 Kan one of the receptionists, again lovely lady, friendly and helpful. Brian who works the afternoon reception - amazing, always smiling and again so helpful and kind. THANKS TO EVERYONE at the AMORITA, we have had an amazing stay in Hà Nội and also a special thank you for helping with our daughter Jess - who will be staying on her return from the Ha Giang Loop!
