Eden Hotel Hanoi

Near to everywhere and the staff is really good.. Good service

A high class standard hotel with loving and friendly receptionists! Room was very classy and comfortable. I wish to be able to visit or stay here longer next time hehe. Definitely a 10/10 worth of experience. Biggest shoutout to Dave for making our trip much more memorable :)

The breakfast was not so good Room are a little bit small but very clean and comfy Staff Minh Hang was very nice and friendly to us If u guy need any help ab the restaurant, shopping location or anything, ask the receptionist , they are very enthusiasm

the room is very nice. At first I didn't know how to use the shower so I got the water wet all over the floor. Staff Minh Hang helped me clean up even though it was quite late at that time. The TV had a little problem and they still couldn't fix it for me, but it was not an issue

We booked a deluxe room for 3 nights which was the starting point of two week trip to Vietnam The Hotel was fairly central with good transport links nearby, please beware of all the scooters which are in there hundreds The room was on the 5th floor over looking the main street which there was a bit of road noise on a night The room was very large, very clean, large king size bed with proper cotton sheets There was a table, two arm chairs, hair dryer, safe (which didn't lock) along with a mini bar (chargeable items) in the room The reception staff were very helpful, not much English spoke but enough to get by Breakfast was buffet style and the worst part of our stay, mainly because of the choices that was on offer but to be honest it was fresh which was an important start to our day and we had to keep telling ourselves that we were in Vietnam so we had to lower what to expect compared to our country !! Overall a enjoyable stay
