ホテル ベーレン ハスリベルク(Gasthof Bären)

Wow - what a Beautiful experience. All the staff were super friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. Dinner in the restaurant was great and the pizzas really delicious. A real pleasure. Thanks for making us feel home. We‘ll he back .

Had a good time. Renovated rooms and the appartement were nice and had amazing views. Really good breakfast and good value for Swiss standards- which are highly overprized 😆 The Restaurant was good! Really nice Silvester Menü.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. At some point during the day we got a phone call from the hotel telling us they left the key for our room at another hotel because there was no frond desk staff at there hotel no more. For further questions we should revert to the staff of the restaurant. When arriving at the other hotel to get our keys for this hotel we noticed that this hotel was also unmanned… fortunately we saw our keys just laying on the desk of the hotel. Finally back at the booked hotel we could not belief what we saw when we opened the door to our room. I think the pictures explain enough. Fortunately we booked another hotel and got the money refunded. But I hope after this the hotel changes it’s pictures to the reality of the room. Mention: The restaurant staff was really nice!

Schöne Zimmer, tolles Boxspringbett und überrascht hat mich die Zahnbürste. Aussicht war wunderschön und einzigartig. In die Pizzeria gibt es feine Holzofenpizzen. Das Frühstück musste im 200 Meter Spaziergsng im anderen Hotel eingenommen werden

Tolles Gasthaus und auch das Wetterhorn personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Einen super Aufhalt. Sehr leckeres essen mit sehr nettem Perdonal im Bären und auch das frühstück im Wetterhorn war sehr lecker.

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abfahrt zur Heimreise wurden wir freundlich, zuvorkommend und perfekt bedient. Fast alles ist digital möglich (Buchung, Reservationen, Auschecken usw.) und das in einem schönen renovierten Zimmer mit super Aussicht auf die hohen 4'000 der Berner und Walliser-Alpen! Das Essen in der Pizzeria Bären war sehr fein, und das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keinen Wunsch übrig, in dieser Preiskategorie sogar übertroffen. Die Busshaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel führt gleich bis zur Talstation Twing, von wo aus das Skigebiet erreichbar ist. Auf spezielle Wünsche wie andere Kopfkissen oder beim Essen wurde immer höflich und sogleich eingegangen. Das freundliche und höfiche Du war sehr nett und gibt einem das Geführ fast wie zu Hause zu sein. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch, hoffentlich schon bald wieder einmal.

Das Self-Check-in verlief problemlos. Wir hatten Appartement nr.3. Es war klein und fein.Sauber und schön eingerichtet. Sogar das Babybett stand schon bereit! Es hat genügend Parkplätze. Es ist nicht Kinderwagen tauglich aber mit dem haben wir gerechnet. Somit also kein minus. Wir waren am Abend in der Pizzerie zum Abendessen. Die Tomatensuppe und Pizza waren herrvorragend! Bedienung locker und freundlich! Das Frühstück im Wetterhorn war sehr “mager”.wenig auswahl und nichts besonderes. Würde ich so nicht mehr dazu buchen wollen. Alles in allem würde ich Gasthof Bären weiterempfehlen!

Hôtel compliqué pour y rentrer. Pas possible de joindre les gérants. La chambre est bien mais elle était infestée de mouches surexcitées. Il faudrait mettre un peu de produit à mouches avant l’arrivée des guests. Attention contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur le site des deux hôtels, le restaurant est fermé. Donc il faut une voiture. Nous qui étions à moto avons été obligés de repartir pour dîner. Le petit déjeuné n’est pas sur place il faut marcher le long de la nationale pour rejoindre l’hôtel partenaire wetterhorn
