各方面都很好

Viaje con mi hija menor y me encontre con mi hija mayor ahi, estuvimos alojadas en el hotel Mystique Habana, donde nos recibieron y atendieron como reynas, nuestra habitacion tenia una vista privilegiada de la ciudad y parte del mar, la habitacion super amplia, super comoda. De la comida ni como quejarme, el chef se lucio con sus manjares y atencion. La atencion fue superpersonalizada, unas felicitaciones a la directora Grace Arellano, al chef , el personal de recepcion y comedor, servicio a habitacion, definitivamente regresare y los invito a que vayan.

This is a wonderful hotel in Havana. Staff were very attentive. Rooftop terrace was a great spot to view the city and have meals. The breakfast had many many choices of food. We ordered an omelet cooked any way one would like. Great place to relax for the evening.

Hotel precioso y moderno con toque clásico. Habitaciones muy bonitas, cuidadas al detalle. Ubicación perfecta para visitar los sitios emblemáticos de La Habana vieja. El relaciones públicas (Pavel) muy atento, con iniciativa y dispuesto a solucionar las necesidades del cliente buscando que tenga una estancia agradable. Tiene una terraza en el séptimo piso, que es donde sirven el desayuno, con unas vistas increíbles. Por señalar alguna cosa, nos quedamos sin conexión a Internet un par de horas antes de hacer el check-out. No obstante hotel muy recomendable si visitas la Habana.

L’hotel è stato ristrutturato di recente, è molto bello e con tutti i comfort. Si trova sul Paseo alle porte dell’Avana vecchia, posto veramente strategico per poterla girare a piedi. Il personale è gentile, ha una terrazza con super vista per la colazione (buona e abbastanza fornita vista la situazione attuale).

Tudo ocorreu bem, o hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, água quente, boas toalhas. Aceitam cartão de crédito no bar e restaurante (devem antes verificar se seu cartão funciona em Cuba). A internet funciona bem, é muito limpo e o café da manhã é bom.

We had a wonderful stay at the elegant Mystique Habana! Traveling with a baby was made easy with the exceptionally warm and accommodating staff, led by Pavel and Arianna. They consistently went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed during our one week stay. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated and within walking distance of many sights and attractions...old Havana, parque Central, Malacon, etc. We looked forward to breakfast every morning on the rooftop terrace with a great view of the city. There are many eating options closeby and it was easy to catch a bus to the beach when we wanted to relax. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel!
