Thank you for a wonderful stay over the weekend. Everything far exceeded our expectation. It’s always the small things that count and The Esplanade has paid meticulous attention to those small things. Justpure, such luxurious toiletries in the bathrooms, the soft warm Volpes blankets, the plush bedding…The apar**ents are so tasteful and spotlessly clean. The team was so welcoming, waiting for us upon arrival, showing us where to park, carrying our bags, giving us some history at reception. 100/10 🌟🌟🌟All full of warmth and genuine helpfulness. We felt like royalty. Absolutely fabulous, exceeded all our expectations, thank you.

Beautiful apar**ent and very clean. Great communication on day of check-in. Both owners used WhatsApp to message regularly so it meant if we needed anything or had questions we could communicate that way. Great location and lovely pool area. Washing machine in apar**ent came in very handy.

Superb location, safe and secure with EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable staff which all made for a fantastic holiday in this wonderful spot.

Simply the best! Besides the beautiful, stylish, comfortable, spacious and well equipped apar**ents we can also recommend Esplanade because of their outstanding hospitality. The breakfast at the neghbouring café was also delicious in every way (forgot the name, sorry!). We will definately come back one day, thank you Gerhardt & Co from the Swedish team 🇿🇦🇸🇪

Newly renovated property but unlike all nice hotels in SA, they have no back up generator so you are very much impacted by load sharing every day for 3 hours with no electricity, no WiFi, etc. Sharing here because it’s not transparent in the hotel description nor the correspondence they send you before you stay there. Also there is no housekeeping - you will have the same sheets and towels and untidy room for many days and need to complain to ******* to even get them to give you a fresh towel. Nobody to help at front desk, no taxis, need to go to another hotel nearby for anything.

The facilities are modern, new , spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The Location is central and close to the main restaurants and cliff-path. What stands out the most however, is the friendly and professional staff, who assist without even being asked and anticipate every wish. Most impressive and made us feel extremely welcome. Highly recommend.

Stayed here with my wife and two kids during the annual Whale Festival. The apar**ents are in a magnificent location, as you can park your car for the weekend and literally walk everywhere!! The kids were in the Pool most of the time and we just watched them from our terraced suite. View of the mountains and sea are amazing, and we actually saw Whales from the apar**ent a few times. Definitely will go back next year!!

We had a wonderful time. Every single employee we encountered was kind and helpful. Special thanks to William and the Manager who helped us when we had a little car incident. Both were calm and reassuring. We have actually changed our plans to return on this same holiday.

Liegt sehr zentral und wir hatten das Penthouse welches wunderbare Aussicht hat und frisch rennoviert ist. Auch an der Rezeption waren sie sehr nett und hilfsbereit, können wir jederzeit empfehlen.
