No trabaja el wifi en los cuartos, no trabaja el cable en la television, el lavabo del baño la presión del agua esta muy debil, y se sale el agua del walk in shower y hace un desastre en el baño. Y unos de los elevadores no trabaja. El hotel se ha caído mucho. Los pequeños detalles importan.

I’m not sure what happened this time around. Last time I stayed there everything was amazing! No complaints at all. I raved about this hotel when my husband and I decided to spend Chris**as in Hermosillo! First the floor in the room was dirty. My husband got a used bandaid stuck to his toe when he tried turning the lamp off. The bathroom sink was clogged and for two days we had to wait for the water to go down before washing our hands or brushing our teeth. Then there was no heat in our room. When I called down they sent someone up hours later with a space heater and was told that the hotel doesn’t have central heat! The last night we were there one of the restaurants employees said that was a lie. That it was probably just not working in our room. We stuck it out because it was Chris**as and we weren’t in the room but to shower, change and sleep

El cuarto en general estaba muy bien: limpio, cómodo, buena ubicacion, cuartos amplios, ventana con vista, alberca, etc. lo único que diría es que la alfombra tenía algunas manchas, se ve que necesita limpieza, también la cortina del baño ya se veía un poco vieja, fuera de ahí, todo estuvo perfecto. Si regresaría sin dudarlo.

Ya se ve muy antigua, había goteras y charcos dentro del ascensor me parecio peligroso estando en un aparato electrico, el Internet WiFi pésimo muy inestable tuve que usar los datos de mi Compañía telefónica para navegar.

Over the past decade I´ve needed to spend a night in Hermosillo on several occasions, and the Fiesta Americana has always been my choice. My recent visit on Chris**as night 2023 was the first time I was disappointed. Credit can be given for what is sure to be an ¨off¨ night, but I was surprised by the sight of four staff members chatting at the bar while two seated customers (I was one of them) were ignored in the dining area. Did the two customers need five wide-screen TVs blasting the football game? Is this the only hotel dining room that doesn't deliver a printed menu, but instead expects the guest to scan a computer code to read the menu in miniature on his cell phone? Did a crate of bottled soft drinks have to be displayed atop the bar rather than hidden below? Did I need to point out that my second glass of wine was fifty percent smaller than the first one? When did a large black plastic table appear in the dining room, bearing no resemblance to the wood grains and red upholstery of the other furnishings? On the positive side, my guest room was, as always, well-appointed, and I was grateful for permission to stay a few extra hours after check-out as I awaited an evening departure flight. Fiesta Americana´s glory – its public spaces – remain delightful. The front desk, bar area, and dining room blend seamlessly under a bright three-story atrium, the three functions melding gently without disturbing one another. The architecture compensates for a bit of sloppiness.

Nosotros nos quedamos ahi en navidad el año antepasado y de verdad fue increible... desde el Botones nos recibio super amable, nos hicieron senitr como en casa. Igualmente en recepcion y todos los empleados. En esta ocasion no fue asi... empezando que no nos subieron de categoria de la habitacion. Por otro lado nos dieron solo 1 cortesia de bebida. Mucha capacitacion al personal de recepcion, sobre todo ayer en la noche llamo mi hijo y se burlaron de el por hacer una pregunta. No fue el trato adecuado. Mucha falta espiritu de serivicio en recepcion. Una chica de lentes la saludamos y ni siquiera volteo a vernos... en fin. Excepto en el check out nos atendio un chico super amable. El cuarto limpio pero viejo. Cuando llegue pregunte si nos pueden subir de categoria y la chica dudo totalmente. No sabe que por los puntos que tenemos es por la cantidad de viajes que vendemos. Tengo 2 agencias de viajes. Definitivamente dentro de dos años que nos toque de nuevo pasar la navidad en Hermosillo dudare en hospedarme de nuevo. Muy lamentable. Es importante mencionar que no comento esto por que nos dejaron en esa habitacion. Es como nos hicieron sentir y mas en estas fechas tan importantes que uno sale de casa Son reomendaciones constructivas. CAPACITACION EN RECEPCION, tener un BOTONES. Agradezco mucho la atencion en el restaurante igualmente el room services calificacion 100

There is the loudest club right next to the hotel that will have your hotel room shaking until about 2am. We had an issue with our reservation and they did not seem interested in helping resolve it at all. I would say go elsewhere.
