This was our second visit to the Stella Village Seaside, having also stayed here last April. Once again, it was a fantastic trip. Staff are friendly and highly professional. Food fantastic, with great variety and freshness and innovative dishes. Great selection and high quality of drinks, with excellent service, at the bar. Overall bar and restaurant manager very focused on ensuring food and drink offering is of the highest quality, and certainly achieves this. The good-humoured supervisor in the main restaurant does an excellent job of running a busy operation, with an impressive focus on detail and customer service and energetic enthusiasm, and was very hospitable with some fine raki. All bar and restaurant staff, and the reception team, do an excellent job. The reception manager was extremely helpful to us last year. And thanks again to the omelette chefs. Rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped, and in a lovely setting. The beach is right across the road, and the sunsets are spectacular. Waterpark is fantastic, with some big and different slides, and a friendly team of reassuring lifeguards. Thanks again to the waterpark barman - who makes a great Aegean *****ni - and to all staff at this great hotel. Hopefully will return before too long.

A brilliant hotel, great facilities and very friendly staff! Lots for children to do and the entertainment team is great. Our room was cleaned every day. The pools at village are very handy and the hotel has its own beach. I would definitely recommend it and we will definitely come back!

Excellent establishment. We were full board and had a thoroughly good holiday. There is another sister hotel with 7 swimming pools between them. The restaurants were excellent with access to self serve food. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would visit again.

5 star experience but not the price tag , staff were extremely attentive and bi-lingual, so many pools and loungers , Aqua park is great fun for all. We stayed in a superior family room and this was perfect, room 448, they provided fresh towels each day with the maid service included, pool towels supplied and you can change as often as you like, food was great so many options throughout the day , ice cream and deserts , fabulous, definitely will come back and stay again, the whole experience was amazing

Just got back from Stella Village Seaside Resort as a family of nine, (3 adults, 5 teenagers and an 8 year old). Two words… absolutely lovely! Everywhere was clean and well maintained. Food was varied, fresh and tasty. Staff were very pleasant and hard working. The Aqua park included was huge and fantastic. Family shows every night in the Ampitheatre and then later, good music in the DJ Lounge till 1am. Drinks were good quality and they make the cocktails fresh in front of you and not poured from a carton. Lots of different pools to sit around, no trouble getting a sunbed. We paid a bit extra for 3 Superior rooms (2 x family and 1 double) which were worth the extra money. Couldn’t find anything to complain about. Enjoy, we did 😀

One of the BEST holidays we have ever had, nearly cried when we left we had the absolute best time we've ever had on a holiday. Here's my detailed and honest review from our stay from April 1st-April 8th 2024. We travelled in April as a family of 4 with two daughters aged 11 and 15. Before we travelled I had emailed the resort about the slides and weather and received a very quick and helpful reply. Our eldest daughter is Autistic and so we requested a quiet room further away and they absolutely listened and did this for us. We arrived early afternoon and our room was ready for us which was amazing, we were taken down on a buggy with our luggage which was lovely, staff carried it up to our room for us too. We were so happy with our room although they were slightly lacking in storage areas in terms of drawers we were so happy with the room throughout our stay, it was quiet and clean and the staff work super hard to keep your toilet roll stocked, bottles of water in the fridge and clean sheets. One day a lady even left our daughter's pajamas in the shape of a bow each on their beds, which was so sweet. Working hairdryer which was so helpful and TVs in both rooms. Our balcony was lovely and clean and quiet. Air con worked amazingly well and we were very comfortable with lovely comfy beds with lovely mattress toppers. We were in a superior family room. The water park, my god was just amazing! My daughters were amazed by the amount of huge slides and wanted to be there most days. My only moan about this is the bar there only serves very low alcohol, so no cocktails or spirits, but it was fab! Snack bar, ice cream at the bar, and lovely clean facilities. The other pools were fantastic, something for everyone, pools which were super chilled with beds we could lay on and read in total bliss. The different pool areas worked really well for us depending on how our daughter felt we could chill in quiet areas or visit the waterpark. No issues with any sunbeds and super lucky to get some nice big beds to lounge on, people were pretty good at moving around so there was always one becoming free. The pools were cold, but the girls didn't mind and my 11-year-old was in the pool every day. Plenty of parasols and sunbeds in the water park never struggled to find one. Bar was beautifully clean and the staff worked super hard to make all the drinks which were lovely and after a couple of days remembered our usual order. There was one lady on the bar who was so lovely and called us her friends and gave us huge hugs when we left which nearly made us all cry! The shop on site is really helpful, and the lady who is often working in there is so friendly and said our daughters were beautiful girls, she was so lovely and friendly! The beach across from the hotel is perfect, lovely and cosy and you can take your drinks down there which was bliss. We thought it was lovely and clean with beautiful views and a breathtaking sunset. Amazing time from start to finish. Food excellent and staff most freindly the who holiday. Superior room with lovely balcany and shower. Beach across road and amazing waterpark in grounds shared with the Palace. Great entertainment and will return here

Let me start from the beginning.😔14 night’s family of 4. We arrive there to a happy welcoming reception 1030 pm and were sent to the canteen where they left bread cheese and ham out. Thought that was nice! That there was probably the best nicest part of our stay!! We were put in a golf buggy and sent off to our room flying past palm trees and nice apartments, we were excited 😆. Then we turned down a dirt track to be dropped off at what seemed as if it was going to be a prank room. Oh no we were put in a room which was not on any of there pics on any site- it was disgusting 🤢 mould, ants nests, no air conditioning. Old wooden doors which the handles fell off!! We were moved the next day to a supposedly luxurious room 😵‍💫no. No English t v channels.Food- absolutely disgusting breakfast lunch and dinner 💩 the fact it was always the same was not the problem.the problem was it was so so so poorly cooked with bad service! Looked and felt like bad school canteen tho a school canteen would serve cooked edible food!!! Pizza was never fully cooked and cheese fell off. Scramble egg was as badly under cooked.lamb chops was inedible looked like dog food.pork belly was always pink in the middle.I could go on about the food 😒 omg beach across the road. Should be great right 😊 no😩 dirty sea water full of sharp rocks hardly any sand and ugly concrete walk way! By this time I was thinking beam me up scotty this is the worst holiday 😖

This was our first experience at an all inclusive resort we only stayed there as our friends were getting married at the Stella island resort. We are a young couple without children and whilst I think the resort is great for kids and families as there is lots to do for them I wouldn’t really recommend it for a young couple. It’s EXTREMELY loud, with screaming children and the one alternative restaurant you had to book to access in the evenings was just another buffet area, decorated a bit better. I would really recommend the quiet pool next to the Philemina bar that was lovely and had a nice vibe about it. The water park was also pretty good we had a lot of fun there and the staff were always friendly.
