最高の休暇スポットです!!! プールは清潔、部屋は広々としていて必要なものがすべて揃っています。そしてそこにいる人々はとても親切です!!!! ラッププールが気に入りました!!!

ホテル滞在初日の夜、クレジットカードの請求に異議を申し立てました。ホテルはデポジットの2倍を請求し、リゾート料金も当初の請求額と異なる金額を請求していました。そのため、銀行に連絡してデポジットの問題を解決し、Trip.comにもリゾート料金の増額について問い合わせる必要がありました。しかし、Trip.comからは何の連絡もありません。さらに、ドアに「Do Not Disturb（起こさないでください）」のサインがあったにもかかわらず、ホテルの清掃員が部屋に入ってきて掃除をしました。

Room needs attention. More than one non working outlet in the bedroom. Both televisions remotes were difficult to use. Couldn’t turn on tv or change channels.  Outside our front door the drain was constantly making noise and took maintenance crews over 24 to get it figured out. Not worth the money to stay here. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

The staff was very friendly...the room was clean..and the facilities are beautiful.
