The hotel asked me to pay 85€ for an extra bed. We stood at the reception for 30 min while the receptionist checked our reservation. Checked how TRIP shows the price for the hotel. We said we didn't need the extra bed. In China, Marriott always suggest that child lives without charge if using existing beds.
Then the receptionist said sorry for the mistake, that the extra bed for us as a compliment from the hotel.
After 15 min called to the room and said - if we want to keep the extra bed we have to pay 85€. If not - then the bed will be taken out of the room.
We didn't order a extra bed, we didn't ask for it. We booked a room where the price for a room for 3 people. But when we arrive, the hotel tells us that they have different rules and different prices. Is it my fault? I felt bad. I didn't feel welcome at Vinpearl 😔
I always book a hotel for 2 adults and 1 child. And always look if you can stay in one room, or have to book 2 rooms. But Vinpearl clearly showed that the price is for 3 persons! Not recommended .
