We arrived early and they arranged an early check in . Confy bed and whilst room had no view it was quiet and peaceful. Great roof bar and restaurant. Lovely breakfast. Not in district one, but great to see the real street life around the hotel and the amazing views.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and the lobby is really lovely. We enjoyed breakfast as its a good mixture of things. The rooftop location of rhe restaurant is gorgeous. A beer here at sunset was amazing. We liked the suite we had, it was clean, spacious, attractive and comfy, especially the chaise longe! The pool was chilly but attractive! We didnt mind it being in the lobby though this is somewhat unusual. We are heading back to a different room there this evening. The location is local which we knew, having staying more centrally previously. Personally I prefer a more central location, but Grabs are so cheap and quick it doesn't really matter. There is a shop selling water next door and a coffee shop so you have all you need . I would definitely recommend.

Location is slightly off. If ur a Grab expert, do pinpoint the Location. A short walk into the alley, you'll see the guard entrance. The room has it flaws but also its perks. Family Suite comes with 2 Queen beds but sharing 1 bathroom could be challenging. The service and team are very friendly. Concierge is very helpful. Lift kind of slow but understandable. During my stay because of the gusty wind, we had to endure occasional flapping sounds from the galvanised roofs that was right out of my balcony. An in room safe box would be good to have. The apartment prepped a nice welcome basket with kick-off snacks and instant noodles and a stocked mini bar (charges apply). On an operational aspect, wasn't very impressed with their apartment lock system. It's one of those electronic digital locks where thumbprint, keyboard and Pin code are accepted. It will make one think who has thumbprint access or Pin Code access. Was based on a lower floor hence didn't get much of a room view. Bathroom was spacious and being a very new property, the furnishings looked new as well. SmartTV in both rooms, but need more attention as the usernames in Netflix app confused me. The swimming pool or rather wading pool is an unique one. Breakfast location is on the top floor and offers 7 variations of breakfast sets. Generally believe once their SPA is up, it should generate better crowds. Keep up the maintenance and sustainability and I'm sure this hotel will do fine.
