we had a very unpleasant experience last night at alphatel. we had booked this hostel specifically because of it s late check in (until 3 am on hostelworld). i had called and discussed with the hostel attendant and they told me they would wait for us, as we landed very late at night. i was texting with the hostel the entire duration from the moment we landed, letting them know about our whereabouts. however, when we got to the hostel there was no one to check us in so we slept on the couch. we got woken up by a very aggressive hotel attendant in a frenzy about paying for the night, even though we did not even get to sleep on a bed. we told him this is not fair (obviously) as we are no paying a nights fee if we didnt get to sleep there. after this conversation all hotel staff became very hostile to us and kicked us out of the hostel. they did not allow us to shower and were constantly telling us to pack and leave the premises asap. they were not only very aggressive in their language towards us, but overall very unprofessional and not understanding. the other guests were very concerned by the actions taken by the staff hotel towards us, making sure they stood up to us in this moment of hostility. moving forward, i would not recommend this hostel because of its unprofessional and hostile staff.

ゲゲスト滞在するのに最適な場所。とてもきれいできれいでした。無料の朝食無料のNetflixを楽しみました。ベッドは居心地が良く、プライバシーカーテンにはスポットライトとモバイルとラップトップの充電スロットがありました。ヒートマッサージ付きリクライニングも楽しんだ。スターバックスのコーヒーショットと新鮮なオレンジジュースマシン、ミニバーを備えた非常に名目上の価格のコーヒーマシンは、私の滞在を非常にエグゼクティブな5つ星の経験にします。ホストはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、彼と一緒においしい夕食をとってくれました。帰りの航空券を持っていましたが、もっとここに滞在したいです。ドバイに戻るたびに、毎回ここに滞在することを間違いなく好むでしょう。強くお勧めします。

DDavidDuVal一番安いホテルを探すためにホテルを絞り込みましたが、ここがぴったりでした。インドではドバイに滞在する証拠の提示を求められました。友人はすでにホテルの部屋を予約していて、飛行機に乗っていたので、証拠を入手する方法がありませんでした。それでこのホテルを予約しましたが、宿泊はしませんでした。良い価格をありがとうございました。

The room is small, no windows and sheets were quite dirty. You can hear sounds from other rooms. I didn't expect much for the price at least the bathrooms were cleaned regularly. I was put in a room right next to the aircon and since it is not central A/C, it was like being inside a meat freezer because there are no windows. I was not allowed to change the temperature as there is a 50AED fine pasted on the controller outside the room. They did give me extra blanket but the blankets were too thin and light to make much difference . The A/C temp was set at 21 but the room was probably 8-10 degrees celsius because my room is right next to the A/C. When you touch the walls of the room and your clothes, you feel its like ice nearly. One other thing that irritated me was the guy forgot to give my ID so he message me . I didn't mind that he forgot it but I had to go back to the hostel which was 30 minutes away, because he was out of the hostel and he did not leave my ID at the counter with the other staff so I had to wait for him for another 30 minutes . On top of that, the thing that annoyed me most was he messaged me to say ”YOU left your ID” ...then ”YOU should be thankful..” and finally when I got the ID back from him after waiting for him, ”DON'T LEAVE IT NEXT TIME” and did not ONCE apologise. This is not a joking matter as I am a guest and I don't know YOU. At first when I met him, he was friendly but after all that experience and wasting my time and money , I think it is very rude . Learn from your experience how to treat your guests and learn to apologise! I would not have complained if he just jokingly said it once but 3 times and then no apology ? You think your guest not going to be angry?! I booked for 3 days but I left on the 2nd day . In my 25+ years of travel I've never left an accommodation early.

TTaka私はここに20日間宿泊しました。ここのホテルのマネージャーとオーナーはとても優しい方です。オーナーは毎日掃除をしています。宿泊者も皆素敵な人ばかりなのでとても良い経験が出来きます。 I stayed here for 20 days. The manager and owner of this hotel are very kind. The owner cleans every day. All the guests are wonderful people, so you can have a very good experience.
