We came up to spend the weekend for my wife's hospital procedure in September and wanted to give special thanks for the hospitality I felt staying here. The place was clean, the front desk was very warm and welcoming and while there was a lot of noise and inappropriate behaviour that weekend, it was due to rowdy guests that I think came for an adult hockey league match as well. I complained to the front desk as we had our kids with us and believed this to a family friendly place and am really happy with how they managed it, even having those rude and inconsiderate guests removed (with the help of police) when they did not respect the rules of the motel. I would highly recommend staying here, I felt safe and respected. Overall, 4.5/5 stay, I will be staying here again!

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the quietness of the room, which was very clean with a comfortable bed. We appreciated the location with lots of free parking and the close proximity to the waterfront trail. The reception staff were friendly. We had dinner one night in their restaurant, Bishop Landing, which overlooks the water. The meal was good as was our waitress. Will go back if we are in the area again.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last year during business visits to Owen Sound. It is well kept, very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and beds. For work trips, it provides great price with excellent service and great quality for a 2 star hotel. The staff are courteous, polite and always with a smile . The rooms have the required amenities- fridge, coffee maker, iron, etc. There is coffee in the lobby from the early morning till late at night. Location is central, plenty of parking as well as EV charging stations.

Bavish and his family were wonderful, so welcoming, attentive and very helpful. They treat their customers like family, the rooms were so clean and very nice. Donna their cleaning lady was always checking in every morning seeing if I needed clean linen, towels and coffee or my room cleaned. They have a beautiful back yard with bbqs and seating and even a look out were I spent many nights and mornings watching sunsets and the sunrise. So peaceful, you can tell they are always working as a team effort and take pride in the business and keeping customers happy. I even had family come stay in the area and they loved it. I will recommend the Owen Sound inn to any family or friends or people up for vacation looking somewhere nice and quaint to stay. 5 stars in my books for sure, prices are very reasonable as well. thank you , guys again for my lovely stay!
