匿匿名ユーザーIt was truly an excellent stay here in Casa Belina, from the owner who is very kind and very thoughtful to the reception staff Anthony who is very helpful from our inquiry up to the time of our stay.
The place is very clean, and the breakfast is perfect. The price of the accommodation plus the free shuttle from and to the airport and the free breakfast is very much affordable.
We will surely come back here at Casa Belina

DDeeRFOur stay at this inn in Puerto Princesa truly exceeded my expectations. We arrived from a long trip, and even before we could get off the van, a staff member was already there to warmly welcome us and assist with our luggage. That small gesture immediately set the tone for the kind of service they provide—attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring.
Since it was only a short stay, I didn’t expect much at first. But the level of hospitality we experienced was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous, accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
It’s rare to come across a place where service feels this personal and effortless. They made us feel well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left. I would definitely recommend this inn to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa, especially if you value warm and reliable service.

ゲゲストFrom the minute we arrived quite late at night we were welcomed by Nanni the owner. This is a gem of a place. Lakwa has a cool vibe. Great little burger bar, delicious breakfasts and a great bar to hang at night for a drink.
Room was very clean, quiet and modern.
Nanni and his team offer off road dirt bike tours where you can see places others just don’t get to see.
They also provide you with a scooter so you can get around and self explore El Nido. It’s also located 500 metres from the beautiful Lio Beach. Nanni, Alex and the team are a wealth of knowledge on areas to visit and assisted us with booking a tour. The motel room also has an information guide too which was very helpful. We give this motel and staff an 11/10. Can’t speak highly enough on how we appreciated their hospitality.

VVictoria&JessiMy overall experience is good! I'm the type of person who prefers active travelling, so the hotel is needed literally just for sleep, shower and storing stuff.
My requirements for the hotel were good proximity to the city center and nice room with hot shower. Well, the location is truly good, it's a bit on the hill so to get to the city center you just need to come down. In the same building there is a great cafe DAYO who offer 10% discount per day for the Oceana Bay hotel's guests.
During our trip to Philippines, Coron was the last destination and the 4th hotel we stayed at, and that was the only one with some room facilities issues. When we checked-in it turned out there is no water in the shower, the staff truly tried to be helpful, the receptionist girl offered us to stay in another upgraded room before the problem will be solved. The thing is when one day later we had to return to the room the problem with the water wasn't solved, we had to contact staff all the time which for sure was absolutely inconvenient, especially when water could be cut off during taking shower. At that point nobody cared already, there were no offers to change the room or to offer us a discount. The siphon from the sink was leaking, so every time you wash your hands, the bathroom floor is immediately in water.
The AC is truly loud, but this is absolutely normal for Philippines, as well as the absence of hair dryer. Nice thing that the hotel unlimitedly provides drinking water in the hall. The hotel also offers tours, bike rent, transfer to the airport, but I'd suggest to check it out in the city first, we've found more convenient and better price offers there.

LLisaLPWe stayed for five nights, booking one double room and one family room. Both rooms were sufficiently furnished, and there were tables outside that we made good use of during the day. We were also offered the use of a fridge in the common area, which we really appreciated. From what I understand, only the family rooms come with water heating.
The location is very good—tucked away in a safe, lively neighbourhood and within walking distance of both NCCC Mall and SM City Puerto Princesa Mall, where there are supermarkets and plenty of food options. We were also able to walk to several places of interest in the city, including the Boardwalk, Chinatown, the Heritage Centre, and the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. There’s a laundry just across the road that charges reasonable rates.
The hosts were the best part of the stay. They were family-oriented, warm, hospitable, accommodating, and very communicative. They helped organise tours at prices better than those offered on online platforms. We had a whale of a time at Honda Bay and the Underground River—both are must-experience attractions when visiting Palawan.
Highly recommended for travellers looking for a welcoming place, great hosts, and a convenient location.

しかし、この旅館を本当に際立たせたのは、なだらかな丘の隣にある絵のように美しい場所でした。周囲の風景の風光明媚な美しさは、私の滞在に魅力の余分な層を追加しました。緑豊かな景色と自然の心地よい音に目覚めるのは本当に楽しいことです。
旅館が丘に近く、のんびりと散歩したり、地域の自然の美しさを探索したりすることができたということも意味しました。日常生活の喧騒から逃れることができ、くつろぎとリフレッシュを可能にしました。
全体的に、神聖な城トラベラーズ インでの私の経験は、楽しいものでした。清潔さと牧歌的な場所の組み合わせにより、思い出に残る楽しい滞在になりました。コロンで平和な隠れ家を探しているなら、この旅館を検討することを強くお勧めします。

KKöppenフレンドリーなパーソナルで素敵なホテル。私たちは海の見える部屋があります、眺めはとてもいいです...しかし、登るには多くのステップがあります。部屋は大きくてきれいでしたが、隣人の声がよく聞こえます。朝食は良かったが、あまり拡張されていません。私たちにとって、ホテルは良かった。

ゲゲスト海の見える部屋に泊まりました。1部屋は十分な広さがありましたが、バスルームが狭くてひどかったです。もう1部屋は超狭くて、床に置いてある荷物を開けることができず、ベッドの上に置いて開けなければなりませんでした。
景色は素晴らしいですが、港に近いので早朝から騒がしく、周りにカフェがあるので夕方も騒がしいので注意が必要です。
全体的には良い滞在でした。スタッフは親切で、朝食も美味しかったのですが、Wi-Fiの電波が弱かったです。洗面台の水は臭かったです:(
すべてのツアーはホテルの受付で予約しました。便利で、料金はどこも同じでした。ツアー用のタオルも無料で提供され、マスクとコーラルシューズもレンタルできました。

ゲゲストIt was a truly pleasant stay with a variety of choices of breakfast each day, with a stunning view of the sea and hills. Lemuel is a star server, who never missed a step in service in any way. He was professional, warm, helpful, and goes the extra mile to check in that we are fine whenever he can. He looked out for all guests no matter how busy it got, and helped with taking photos for the crowds too. While some other staff may have been blur, his presence and service made everything exceptional. He even shared with us that the sunset view from the hotel should not be missed, and it was good we were back in time one of the days to enjoy the view from the hotel. Great stay.

ИИгорь КанчерПерсонал дружелюбный, еда вкусная. В номере есть кондиционер но охлаждает он только на максимальных оборотах и шумит как трактор. Вентилятор в одном из номеров не работал. Пляж мелкий, но если отойти чуть левее то становится нормальным. Доступны туры. Цены в отеле более чем приемлемые. Прекрасная зона для отдыха на пляже. Вайфай как и в большинстве мест слабый, но в номерах его, в принципе, хватает.
