ザ・ハミルトン - 湖岸＆スタジオスイーツ、ホットスプリングス(The Hamilton - Lakefront & Studio Suites, Hot Springs)

Stayed in #3. The not-so-good: The booking site said checkout was 11 a.m. but the email from the resort said to checkout by 10 a.m Emailed to see if we could get a later checkout since the booking site said 11 and got no response. The bed made a loud noise like it was broken every time we sat down on it (and neither of us is heavy). The sheets were pretty rough. Towels are small, so bring your own. The good: it has a walk-in closet. they provide an extension cord, hair dryer, dishes, and cookware. The heater works very well.

We came to celebrate my birthday with our kids and best friends. Everything was great! Thank you.

Great location, view was amazing, and the room was exactly what we were looking for. I’d definitely stay here again.

The property was easy to access, clean, and fairly comfortable (bed was a bit stiff, so if you like soft beds, you will have some trouble with this one). Did I mention, clean? The Lysol smell will hit you upon entering. The lakeside view was nice and i felt safe. The only downside to this stay was the noisy neighbor above us. I dont think it was purposeful noise. The floors creak with every step and they were up and down a lot through the night. If i stayed again, Id have to get the upstairs room.

Stayed in february so was quiet. Very clean and stocked. The little candies were a welcomed and special treat and having a patio was great. Easy access off the highway and to whatever you may want to do. My only suggestion is they need better pillows. they were kind of flat and uncomfortable. The driveway was alittle scary but manageable.

The floor squeaks as you walk. The front door had so much slack in it after you locked it you could literally stick something in it to open the door.

Very smooth process with self check-in and great views with plenty of room amenities. I would definitely stay again!

This place was in an amazing location!! The lake view was perfect and to top it off we woke up to a beautiful winter snow

The bed was so comfortable. I always struggled with beds when we travel. They are always to hard for me. I have a horrible back condition. I was able to get some sleep. The kitchenette was a nice plus even though we didn't use. We are always prepared with our coffee and full size pot. The only negative i can report is they need to reseal the door. The cold January air came right in.
