no unregistered guests. parties or events must be approved by the host and follow event rules (see event policy below) - no smoking, vaping, or illegal drug activity is allowed anywhere on the property at any time - approved pets may be allowed for a fee. please see pet policy below for more information - quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am - no eating or drinking in the bedrooms - remove shoes within the home - basic pickup is required before departure. please do the dishes, take your garbage outside - trash pickup is monday morning. if in the home, please take outside garbage to the curb for pickup. a reminder message will be sent the evening before. - check in and out on time. alternate check-in/out times may be available for a fee - keep off all bedding: if your pet sleeps with you, you must bring your own sheets/blanket. animals are not allowed on our sheets/blankets - bring and use a sheet or blanket of your own to cover the living room furniture if your pet will be on the furniture - pick up your pet's waste and dispose in the outside garbage only - pets may not be bathed as this clogs the drains - be considerate of neighbors and control barking especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am - you are responsible for any damages caused by your pet - fee of $35 per night per approved pet (excluding service animals) must be paid before arrival event policy: - all events must be approved by the host before the booking is confirmed - please disclose the estimated number of guests for the event. if more than the maximum guest limit is estimated - even if guests are not spending the night - the property’s maximum guest count and any associated fees will be applied -
