extremely expensive for 3* hotel, everything is very simple and breakfast is quite bad besides there was repair works on-going in the hotel!! and the room rate includes breakfast for 4 person and hotel does not give an option to get the room without breakfast, eg if you stay 1 then you keep paying breakfast for 4 .. in the room there is only 1 bed and sofa.. and it is not new property.. other negative issue is, the windows are locked and not allow to open them! shortly, they are selling simple road motel type as 3*.. there is even no reception!!!
Well kept hotel in a terrific location. Our suite was big and comfortable. A big thank you to Lee Lawson, a supervisor at the hotel who I observed to be helpful and very friendly, even while working over Christmas. Marriott could use more staff like him. I am perplexed by some of the reviews and question whether there might be a mix up with another Residence Inn within a mile in location. Having stayed in both hotels, it seems this is the nicer and updated of the two. But our stay in the other Residence Inn was several years ago. I highly recommend the Residence Inn Market Street.
The service here is amazing. We felt like family from the moment we checked in. The entire team was friendly and accommodating during our stay, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. You don't need to drive anywhere! We walked about 10 minutes to Market Street and the mall. The Woodlands Waterway was fun to stroll at night too.
