This experience was a little better due to the front desk worker. He was polite he wanted a good review.

I have stayed in some cheap hotels before, but have never felt the need to leave like I did with this one. The smell was the first thing I noticed. Strong urine odour in the room, so I checked the air conditioner/heater, and there was mould through it and it appeared that someone had peed in it. There were brown stains all over the wall including some spots of dried blood. There were clumps of hair on the floor as if someone had gotten a haircut but didn't sleep the edges. Many hairs in the sheets and I don't even want to think about how dirty the mattress cover was (I was too afraid to look at the mattress itself). We quickly left and went to another hotel nearby. The staff member at the front desk didn't even seem surprised. He had just arrived on shift to an empty front desk as apparently his colleague (who had checked us in) had just left before he arrived. He was nice enough but the person who checked us in barely said a word and walked away when we were trying to ask a question about having something delivered. I glanced into the room that was supposed to be the gym but it was just pieces of equipment scattered around with tape around them (not operational). Would give less than 0 if it was possible.

Smelled like **** smoke. Floors had dust all over them in the hallways. Dogs in room next to us barked all night.

Customer service is great. But the building is not very well taken care of. The pool was very nasty and green. The elevator smelled like urine. Found a used bar of soap in my room. Didnt stay the whole night.

The room was nasty bugs all over I need a key credit I spent money no sleep me or my child traffic in and out down halls loud music noise

Had roach everywhere and staff said they couldn’t promise me that another room would not have roaches.

First off, yes you get what you paid for. But this was beyond disgusting, the lobby and halls were smelly and dirty. The elevator had dried blood on the walls. When i got to my room, i found mold on the ceiling and in the shower, as well stains all over the sheets. I wanted to check out a day earlier than expected, and the front desk lady refused to give me a refund for the unused days.
