It advertised breakfast with sausage, waffles, etc, a poor continental is what’s available. “Fully equipped kitchen” had one terrible pot, POS can opener, no colander, and no fry pan. The fold out bed had no bedding and a bunch of sunflower seeds in it. The toilet seat was broken off the base, just sitting on top. And the hot tub was out of service. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and they allowed us to check in early.

I traveled to BC at the last minute, right before Chris**as, because of an unexpected death. My husband booked the hotel, flight and rental car for me. While I was on route to the destination, the hotel called and left me a message to let me know that they had cancelled my reservation. I was horrified! Now, in a strange province, to attend to the deceased's affairs, I was suddenly - a week before Chris**as - left with no place to stay when I arrived! PANIC! Eventually I received another call, and later credit for my pre-paid purchase and a verbal apology for the cancelled reservation, so they could close the Inn for the Chris**as holidays. This was NOT an added stress that I needed.

We arrived late after 18 hours on the road but there was no check in available. So glad they did not accept payment through *******. We had to drive all the way to Grande Prairie AB to get a room. I realize you left a message but travelling through the mountains means no service. Our drive was a total of 24 hours due to your lack of counter service.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall I only had one minor complaint that is likely insignificant for most visitors: The wifi network does not allow VPN traffic so if you are here for work and need to sign into your corporate network, you might be out of luck. If you are staying in a kitchen/kitchenette suit with the intention of cooking for yourself, I suggest bringing a good knife and one frypan. The supplied kitchenware is not great and the restaurants in the area are all closed so options are limited.

Hot tub was not working as shown. Didn’t reduce rate. Expensive for what you’re getting. Stay somewhere else for half the cost.

Nice and quiet staff was respectful

Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean.
