Doubletree by Hilton Huntington

Easy to find. The lady that checked us in was good. The lobby was nice but that's where the good ended. The room was not what I paid for. I booked a double queen room but what I got was a king and a sofa. There was trash in the trash can in the bathroom and the floor was not clean around the HVAC unit. Towels were also limited. Overall not a great experience.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and polite! Everyone doing their jobs seemed to be respectful and very helpful to anyone. Thank you for providing a wonderful service and opportunity to enjoy our visit!

Double Tree is always so accommodating when we’re in town. We look forward to this event every year with our club and they always go above and beyond. The staff are great, they made check-in easy for us and the bar/restaurant never disappoints. Thank you!

Showers actually had hot water and pressure. The TV kept fading in and out. Hard to watch a movie.

Excellent hotel in every way. A wonderful location in the heart of downtown, walkable to Pullman Square and other downtown attractions. No self-parking but valet is only $10 with unlimited in/out privileges so can't complain about that. Our only issue was Housekeeping skipped us one day, a bedside lamp was burned out, and the conditioner dispenser was empty in the shower so they might need a little more focus on room-ready status. Hotel bar closes early (10pm) but lots of nearby options. No lunch service and the dinner is pretty much a sports bar menu, but, again, many walkable options. Highest recommendation for the friendly, efficient, and welcoming staff - to a person.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had to be at St. Mary’s Hospital very early, and the hotel got us as close as we could to the hospital.

The stay was good. Comfy bed, warm shower with good water pressure. I didn't love the breakfast. Good selection just not the best tasting. There are limited free parking spaces. Otherwise you have to pay for valet or park on the street. Street parking is metered but free until 8 am.

Unfortunately, this is the second time my bed was dirty. First time I thought it was a one off. I called the rectified it quickly so I didn’t leave a review but this time they were actually blood on the sheet pretty disgusting!

It was fine, i got there at least once a year. This time around the room fridge did not work and they couldn't get me a replacement, so i couldn't store foods and drinks. The reception team also did not pick up calls from the room phone 90% of the time, resulting in me having to request my car at the desk leading to wait times. They did give me breakfast for free due to the fridge issue~
