If I could give 0 stars I would. The hotel does not reflect the quality of a 4 stars hotel. The staff is uninterested and the manager is borderline rude. The room was dusty and the carpets were dirty. I found loose hair on the floor. The TV service partly worked. No room service I was given a room with said ‘veranda’ on the first floor (rez de chaussé) where the glassdoors didnt close. Whats the point of having a room key? They provided no slippers so I was using my sneakers the whole time. I needed a glass and i asked everyone from the hotel room service to the manager, they say okey but the glass cup never arrived. Waste of money.

Actually i monthly come with wife we spend our weekend in zephyr ifran i olso had visited marakkech zephyr but i don't like ,however. it is a good hotel with good specifications and a reasonable price. They lack some room care and cleanliness ............... thanx zephyr

Arrived after noon. Check in went normal and we got our door card. We booked 2 weeks before a suit for three. An employee borded us right after to tell us that the suit is for 2 persons not 3. We try to explain to her that our booking confirmation specifies 3 persons. She proposes reimbursement and cancellation as the hostel is fully booked., we politely declined. We then proceed to our suit . Right afterwards, the manager calls the laundry room employee calling us names “a..holes” . Shocked and angry, we still decide to sleep ( because we were tired after more than 200 miles of travel in overheated road). In the evening and the day after we try to get hold of the manager to explain her/his behavior but to no avail. The hostel is not worth it for more than two days as there is not much to do in the vicinity (neither the city). The pool is small and closes at 17h30. The while region suffers from poor infrastructure and negligence

I booked a room from July 23 o August 1st, 2023. I had an emergency so I decided to call the hotel to cancel it or postpone it to another date. I kept calling for almost a week and sending dozens of emails but in vain. There is no response by this hotel. Please do not book with this hotel unless you are 1000 percent sure. Otherwise, you will suffer with them like I did. I do not recomment it at all.

A relatively new sterile and soulless hotel built on the cheap . Nothing works. Sliding door to the outside does not lock which is a security risk. Door handle fell off as I entered the room. Bathroom heater fittings fell off the wall. No soap or even water provided. Heated towel rack doesn't work. This hotel is a horror.

The service in the hotel is outrageous. It’s seems that the guest are disturbing the staff. Welcoming isn’t part of the staff behavior. We were booked 4 apartments with double rooms ( 4 in each apartment). In the room there were only 3 towels and no toilet paper. We went to the reception and asked the staff for more extra towel and we were amazed by the answer “ the policy of the hotel is to provide only 3 towels in one apartment”. We asked for toilet paper as well. After long discussion they said they will send the extra towels to our rooms. Did they send towels? The answer is known- no one send towels and toilet paper until we left. I have never face staff which is laying to the guest. The hotel manager before we left said that it isn’t the hotel policy and he wants to compensate our group. I am traveling around the world for more than 20 years and I have never face such behavior from staff which are laying to the guests. I am certainly will not come back. I don’t recommend the hotel which isn’t respect his guest
