I've stayed at the Indianapolis Westin twice for business travel. Both trips were booked by the conference I was attending, not by me. But I'd gladly stay again. This time around when I saw we were at the Westin, I knew I'd be comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel is clean, the architecture and interior are peaceful with quiet, calming colors and finishes. The bathrooms feel luxurious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. It is not a luxury hotel or resort, but for business purposes it is outstanding, and if traveling for sight-seeing, it would be well located in downtown. We were served meals via the hotel catering and the food was much better than in many hotel settings. The dishes were not bland but flavorful, there were ample fruits and healthy choices. The staff in each area of the hotel are well-organized and thoughtful. I would certainly stay at the Westin again.
We only stayed one night, but have no complaints. Check in was a breeze using our phone. The hotel was clean and felt safe. I didn't notice any excessive noise and the bed was comfortable. The downstairs bar was nicely stocked and had a good variety of beers on tap. Starbucks coffee was available to purchase in the market cafe and the service there was nice. We would certainly stay here again if in the area.
Culinary delights graced our mornings at Baymont NW, Indianapolis, where an array of fresh offerings delighted our palates. The immaculate upkeep of our accommodations reflected a meticulous dedication to cleanliness, ensuring a serene and comfortable retreat throughout our stay.
ゲゲストIt was a convenient and affordable place to sleep on a road trip. The room was clean and well appointed, with plenty of electrical outlets. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The walls are thin, but people seemed to respect others and quieted down later in the evening.
I was a bit disappointed; the property wasn't quite as nice as I had expected. Overall it worked ok, but there were a few minor issues. The shower curtain didn't fit in the tub. The conditioner bottle in the shower shot upward instead of out as it was supposed to. The desk chair was very uncomfortable. The HVAC unit didn't seem up to the task of cooling the room; I had it set it to its minimum of 61-degrees to get it to be an acceptable temperature in the low 70s. There is also bright lights illuminating the side of the building; the curtains mostly blocked this out, but it made it hard to know when it was night and when the sun came up.
