「素晴らしいホテルです。中心部に位置しながらも通りから少し奥まった場所にあるため、通りの騒音は全くありませんでした。廊下の音は結構聞こえましたが、部屋には耳栓が用意されていました。 とても清潔で、タオル、バスローブ、ベッドリネンはすべて真っ白でした。部屋に十分な量の水が用意されていたのも良かったです。 12階でパノラマビューを眺めながら朝食をいただきましたが、美しく、心地よかったです。朝食は全体的にまあまあで、コーヒーはまずまずでしたが、ペストリーは平均的でした。 スタッフは素晴らしく、とても丁寧で、歓迎してくれました。 伝統的なネパールスタイルを期待してこのホテルを予約しましたが、後悔はありませんでした。内装は美しく、快適でした。」

「I recently stayed at Basera Boutique Hotel, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! This charming new hotel really captures the essence of Nepal with its lovely vibe. It’s super clean and conveniently located near all the main attractions. One of the highlights for me was the pool—it was pristine and perfect for a refreshing dip. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast! There were so many delicious options to choose from, plus their coffee and beer on tap were a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us book taxis and even arranged airport pickups and drop-offs for our flights from Kathmandu. They also offered great recommendations for tours and places to explore. Our room had an amazing view of the mountains, which was just the icing on the cake. I can’t wait to return to Basera Boutique Hotel on my next trip!」

「屋上からの眺めが素晴らしい新しいホテルですが、改善が必要です。 部屋は素敵で、新しい匂いがしますが、ベッドシーツは完全に新しく、かゆみがあり、買ったばかりで洗濯もしていないようで、ベッドに直接置いたか、長い間そこにあったので埃っぽいです。タオルは汚れた白いもので、便利ではありません。 水は完全にがっかりしました。黄色で、ろ過されておらず、臭いがします。適切なろ過が必要です。 マッサージはすべて新しく、ベッドは音がします。音楽もアロマもありません。現地通貨で8k、1時間で、マッサージ師は良かったです。 食事は素晴らしいものもあれば、つまらないものもあります。 このホテルは景色が最高ですが、午後から10時までしか開いていません。日の出が好きな人には、このホテルは向いていません。夕日は素晴らしかったです。 スタッフはフレンドリーですが、次回訪れるときは、エレベーターの場所、設備、ホテルが提供できるものなど、ゲストを案内する点についてもっと配慮する必要があります。 朝食は妥当で、価格はお勧めです。」

「There were 4 huge cockroaches in my room. I killed 2, the other 2 were running around. I did not know how many more cockroaches were hiding in the room. I called reception to request for a change of room. Staff came quite promptly and assisted with change of room, which thankfully was much cleaner and without cockroaches. Definitely not a good first impression for a first-timer staying in the hotel. Other than that, hotel lobby and cafe were decent looking and clean.」

「I had an exceptional stay at Dusit Princess Hotel in Kathmandu! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home right away. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern architecture with a touch of traditional Nepalese charm. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with fresh fruit and a kind hand written card. The dining experience was outstanding, with a range of delicious options at the thai restaurant and the rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, offering a great selection to start the day. I also had the chance to unwind at the hotel’s spa and fitness center, both of which were top-notch. Really enjoyed the use the sauna and steam room. The location is ideal as well, with easy access to major attractions and shopping areas in Kathmandu. Overall, Dusit Princess exceeded all my expectations. The service, facilities, and atmosphere were all impeccable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Kathmandu!」
