素晴らしいスタッフ、部屋の準備ができていて夜は素晴らしく静かだったので早めにチェックインしました

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。 道路の真向かいにあるイケアに行くためにパースに立ち寄るなら、このホテルは素晴らしいホテルです。 このホテルから徒歩 2 分圏内に美味しいバー/レストランがあります。

フレンドリーなスタッフ、ショッピングとダイニングの中心、フルキッチンとランドリー設備を備えた素晴らしいユニット。

素晴らしい宿泊施設ですが、無料駐車場は料金に含まれているべきだと感じました

I have to make comment about the towels. The clean white towels had definite dark marks over them. Either your laundry contractor is not washing them properly or you need to replace the towels. This is the only complaint/comment that I need to make.

Lovely apartment. Perfect for IKEA and great bar/restaurant Tassels round the corner. Easy and secure parking.

It was a little far from your local shops but there are food and dining amenities at your door step. The room availed was just perfect. It was clean. The common areas such as the corridor and the smell was a bit stale and could see specks of mud on the carpet. Parking was $15 a night reserved under Quest reserve. Book in advance due to limited lots. The guest service was accommodating when I tried to retain my room as part of the extension of my stay.

Check in staff was really helpful as i arrived earlier than check in time. They arranged the room in a timely manner.

I regularly like to stay here and normally happy however found it unacceptable that our room had no wifi and when I approached reception they advised my room was known to have issues. Happy to take my money but not tell me this upfront?!
