「Such a cozy place nestled in the heart of Grampians. Easy access to hiking trails (but some are closed in January due to bushfires). Plenty of social space inside the hostel. Rooms are quite but lack curtains.」

「It was sparkling clean, had all the kitchen equipment we needed and some basic condiments. Loved the hot tub and massage chair! There were also laundry facilities available - and we saw a kangaroo pack right behind the laundry room.」

「We arrived during check in time to find the office unattended and another traveller trying to contact them by phone. After a 15 minute wait someone came to the office. They checked us in but when we went to the room and opened the door there was a very surprised man in there who had also been given this room. Another phone call and wait time for staff to return and sort out another room. We finally got there but after a long drive and both wanting to use the bathroom we found there was no toilet paper in the room.. that took another 2 phone calls and about 15 minutes to sort out. I booked this accommodation because it has a swimming pool. I went to use the pool to find it was locked and after another call was told that they think the filter is broken. Nothing on their information said the pool was not available and it appears it has been that way for a while. We loved the location and I'd probably stay there again.. I'll just be prepared for the lack of quality service. We didn't let it spoil our stay..」
