「部屋のアロマが心地よかったです。市街地からも近く、外に出たら電動スクーターを借りてすぐに移動できたのが最高でした。フロントスタッフは親切で、サービスも良かったです。ホテルの目の前に無料で駐車できました。設備も新しく、快適に過ごせました。」

「It's so cool to have a morning cup of coffee sitting on the balcony. The apartment has a wonderful view of the river. In general, there are an amazing location of the apartments, about 3 min walk to ferryboat. The pedestrian bridge is also not far away. The apartment big and clear in in excellent condition. Check-in (out) are very quick. I like and recommended these appartments.」

「The service at front desk is one of the best. Location is a little noisy from road traffic. Rooms are good but dated.」

「The room 5067 Studio apartment was disappointing. The bathroom smelt, but maintenance fixed it very quickly. Kitchen cupboards were shabby paint flaking off. The unit look tied and bathroom the tile grouting needs to be clean. It needs an upgrade.」

「アパート自体はとても完璧でした！調理器具の中にはあまりきれいではなかったものもありましたが、食器洗い機にはタブレットと洗剤も備わっているので、食器洗いもできます。なので、まずは全部食器洗い機に入れておきました。 スポンジがあれば、鍋なども自分で洗えるので良かったです。 立地は良く、CBD（中心街）やサウスバンク（徒歩20～30分）まではUberか徒歩（30～40分）で行けます。 フロントのないアパートなので、荷物を預けることはできません。 本当に残念だったのは、鍵の受け取り方です！鍵はテキストメッセージかWhatsAppで届くはずですが、Wh​​atsAppのメッセージは開けませんでした。空っぽでした。返信もできませんし、返信も来ません。また、メールで問い合わせたところ、元のメッセージは読めないと説明しても、鍵を送ったという返信しか来ませんでした。電話番号も使えませんでした…予約サイト（trip.com）からインターネットで電話をかけたところ、うまくつながりました。電話に出てくれた女性スタッフはとても親切で、メールで情報を送ってくれました。最初からメールで送ってもらった方がいいと思います（安全のために両方送ってもらった方がいいかもしれません）。最終的には解決しましたが、少しストレスを感じ、イライラしました。」

「Had a function at the Storey Bridge Hotel, therefore, very convenient staying at Docks on Goodwin. Rooms are very nice, with good lighting in the bathroom and great shower. Well stocked for longer stay, however, we only did 2 nights. Only few hundred metres to the river, so lovely for a walk and lots of nearby eateries. Parking and security is good, lovely leafy area with great views on the higher floors. Would definately recommend.」
