「Staff was really helpful and really nice.  But walls are paper thin , i could hear literally everything from my neighbours on each side and upstairs.  Couldn’t sleep at all , noise all time.  Upon calling to reception they tried to solve the solution but i guess neighbours felt ofended and kept doing it.」

「Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet. Für die das neue Aussehen waren viele Dinge schon geflickt. Beispielsweise öffentlicher Waschtrockenautomat funktioniert nach Reparatur immer noch nicht. Hier muss ich das Personal hervorheben, dass immer freundlich war und unterstützt hat. Die Apartments heizen sich untertags wegen der grossen Fensterfront sehr auf und nur mit Klimaanlage zu bewohnen, da es viel Strassenlärm bei geöffnetem Fenster auch nachts hat. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb der Innenstadt direkt neben der Uni daher sind nicht viele Restaurants in der Nähe allerdings ein super günstiger Supermarkt zur Selbstversorgung in 2 min Laufweite. Und eine Studentenbar für ein Bier Mit dem Uber kann man die Insel erkunden oder tembici mir einer grossen Station in der Uni nutzen.」

「The hotel is quite run-down, and the receptionist was unpleasant. Unfortunately, on the day of check-in, I approached the bar and asked the employee for a latte. At the same time, she asked a rude man who had suddenly interrupted our conversation to wait. I ultimately declined the order because I felt the employee was arrogant, especially when she flirted with the man with her eyes and facial expression. I didn't like the fact that my room's windows were so close to those of a neighboring building, from which they could likely observe, which created a lack of peace and quiet; I constantly felt like my personal space was being violated. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the excellent breakfast, but the latte from the machine was very sweet.」
