Autolift dauert sehr lange, Schlangenbildung am Abreisetag. Frühstück unterirdisch: zu wenig (sehr bemühtes und freundliches) Personal, Buffett chronisch leer, ”Rührei-Maschine” eine ausgesprochen dumme Idee (ineffizient, kompliziert, unhygienisch. Gast soll auch hier mitarbeiten, die Maschine nach Gebrauch reinigen mit einem nassen Lappen, der daneben liegt...). Thermoskanne mit Kaffee in Frühstück inklusive, alle anderen Kaffees müssen an der Bar gekauft werden. So günstig ist das Hotel dann auch nicht, dass man das auf sich nehmen will. Zimmer sauber und zweckmässig, das passt.」

「ホテルの朝食にも多くの種類があります。景色はとても美しいです。ホテルに到着してチェックインするのは、最初は少し不快でした。なぜなら、私は個人的にホテルを予約し、旅行代理店によって予約されなかったからです。私は24平方メートルの大きな部屋を予約しました、そして結局ホテルは私に10平方メートル以上の小さな部屋を与えました。ベッドやスーツケースのような小さな部屋は、地下で完全に開くことはできません。当時はとても怒っていました。ホテルによると、部屋は大きい部屋と小さい部屋が1つずつしかないため、他の部屋はありません。話し合うために自分自身を選びましょう。結局、私は譲歩しなければなりませんでした。考えてみたら、24平方メートルの部屋を払ったのですが、10平方メートル以上の部屋をくれました。これがホテルの振る舞いです。 Ctripと通信した後、私は自分の部屋をより大きな部屋に変更しました。今回はCtripのコミュニケーションが良かったです！のように与える。」
