酒店位於盧加諾，市區離精品購物街近在咫尺，太方便了。從火車站出來坐纜車到酒店衹需要1分鐘，基本不用走路。從酒店到湖邊衹需要走5分鐘。酒店自有停車場，需要提前預訂。早餐品種豐富，食材非常新鮮。酒吧很有特色，有很多漂亮的雞尾酒可以選擇。服務到位，賓館人員彬彬有禮。

Провели старый и встретили новый 2024 год на этой Вилле! Локация хорошая, место очень атмосферное и аутентичное… еда в ресторане вкусная, завтраки разнообразные… жаль, что room service только до 22(((spa zone маловата даже для двоих, и жал что нет бассейна внутри виллы

在盧加諾住了五晚這個酒店，酒店位置不錯走路五分鐘就是湖邊，酒店旁邊就是2路車可以到盧加諾火車站，早餐西式的味道可以水果麪包都不錯，酒店內也是安靜的，去盧加諾的可以選擇他

部屋はとても素敵で、環境は美しいです。部屋のバルコニーに座って、鳥の声を聞き、ワインを少し飲み、ルガーノ湖と反対側の山の家の光を眺めるのは、本当におもてなしです。 電気ケトル、シャンプー、シャワージェルが備わっています。歯科用器具とスリッパはご持参ください。

房間大的無法想象，屬於豪華酒店，性價比超高。廚房設備齊全，在巨大的陽台上飽覽盧諾加湖光山色，對面連綿不絕的山峯像是‘’種‘’滿了房子，夜晚萬家燈火輝煌壯麗，青山綠水，紅瓦黃牆，色彩斑斕的秀麗景觀無與倫比。第二天早餐品種繁多，豐富多彩，非常好吃。我們吃了很多三文魚及各種瓜果蔬菜，讓我們喜歡的不想走。如果不是在攜程訂了盧塞恩的酒店我們會繼續留下來享受，如果下次再來一定會選擇這間。退房後還可以預訂酒店的車送去火車站

Review Mixed feelings I stayed on a weekend solo trip whilst working elsewhere in Switzerland, and have mixed feelings about this hotel. I booked this on the basis of the rave reviews on here, which I don’t really now understand - it’s fine but not great in my view. What’s good: - Beautiful public areas in the main building - Spa, pool & sun terrace have great furnishings, very comfortable and a stunning view of the lake - Breakfast buffet is excellent quality & included in room rate. Probably the nicest croissant ever. The staff kindly opened the terrace for me (it was 18 degrees & very sunny) - Some of the staff were kind and helpful, particularly at the reception & the spa desk - Very comfortable beds, lovely linen & towels - good night’s sleep! - Nice location, a little out of the main town (15 mins walk around the lake) so peaceful & quiet - Free shuttle to Lugano train station is a nice extra, although the public bus is very convenient Less good - My room was in an ugly 1970s building with a view of the carpark. I didn’t expect a lake view (it was an additional 200 CHF per night) but this was not exactly a “garden view” as described - The room & bathroom was cluttered with random stuff- promotional booklets, mini bar snacks, bottles of toiletries - there was no space to stand even a wash bag in the bathroom. There were 4 bottles of products balanced on the edge of the bath. Please wall mount the bottles & tidy up! - I asked to borrow an iron - the one they bought had a European plug & all the in-room plugs are Swiss, so it was unusable. I don’t expect everyone to speak perfect English but even google translate could not get me a working iron! I fail to understand why you’d not have the right iron plug for the hotel sockets… - At breakfast I was asked 3 times if they should open a parasol, I politely said “no” so the staff waited for me to go to the buffet & opened it anyway! I was cold in the shade so I just left my food, which was a disappointment - I had to ask for my free tourist card for transport & museum discounts. This should be provided to all guests, had I not been aware of it then I’d have missed out On balance, for me it was overpriced, for 450 CHF per night I will likely try somewhere else next time I come to town. Not a disaster but I feel there’s likely better choices. The Best Western next door is 1/3 of the cost…

Muy buena experiencia. El personal nos atendió muy bien y se esmeraron en hacernos sentir cómodos. Las habitaciones estaban bien, limpias, cumplían. Y con respecto a la ciudad estábamos muy cómodos, con el transporte público (gratis gracias al Ticino Ticket) llegamos bien a todos nuestros puntos de interés.

Location is very strategic and easy self check in instruction. Overall stay is good just I feel mosquito repellent spray smell too strong. Luckily not trigger my sinus problem. Thanks God

We stayed here for one night. We are very grateful that the staff allowed us to check in earlier than expected. However, the room was quite dated and not very clean, there was still dust on the windowsills. The bathroom lacked essential amenities, providing only a few small bottles of toiletries. Soundproofing is also an issue, as we could clearly hear the cleaning staff in the hallway. To make matters worse, the 2 blanket provided was only large enough for one person, even though we booked as a couple
