早朝にこのホテルに到着したとき、周辺のお店や他のホテルがすべて閉まっているのではないかと、実際に戸惑いました。観光シーズンがピークではないだけでなく、経済情勢も不利な状況にある可能性があり、それが説明されるかもしれません。 早すぎるホテルに到着したので、まだ準備が整っていません。そこで、まずホテルに荷物を預けて、百度山の西コースのツアーに出かけました。 帰ってきたら、荷物はすでに割り当てられた部屋に置いてあった。 部屋の状態は申し分なくきれいでした。朝起きてカーテンを開けると、部屋に差し込む明るい日差しが、信じられないほど爽やかに感じました。 朝食のためにロビーに降りて、ホテルのオーナーが個人的にテーブルを用意しました。食べ物は非常にきちんとしていて美味しかったです。 また、オーナーは他のホテルの誰よりも英語が上手く話してくれて、とても役に立ちました。 清潔で居心地が良く快適なホテルでした。 唯一の欠点はエレベーターがないことでしたが、荷物を1階に運ぶことはほとんどの人にとって問題ではありません。ホテルは百度山の西側の観光センターの真向かいにあることを考えると、その場所はエレベーターがないという不便を補う以上のものです。 早朝にこのホテルに到着したとき、私は少し疑問に思い、周辺のお店や他のホテルが開いていないように感じました。これは、観光シーズンではないだけでなく、不況が理由である可能性があります。 ホテルに到着するには早すぎて、部屋はまだ整理されていないので、まず荷物をホテルに預けてから、長白山西斜面の観光スポットに出発します。 帰ってきたとき、私の荷物はすでに割り当てられた部屋に置いていました。 部屋は申し分のないほどきれいでした。朝起きてカーテンを開けると、明るい日差しが部屋に差し込み、とても気持ちが良かったです。 階下のロビーに行って朝食をとったとき、ホテルのオーナーが私のためにテーブルを用意してくれました。食べ物はとても清潔で美味しかったです。 さらに、上司の英語は他のホテルのスタッフよりも優れており、それは私に多くの助けを与えました。 清潔で快適、居心地の良いホテルです。 唯一の欠点はエレベーターがないことですが、荷物を1階まで運ぶことはほとんどの人にとって問題ではないはずです。ホテルは長白山の西斜面観光センターに面していることを考えると、その優れたロケーションはエレベーターのない不便を補うのに十分です。

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

Waking up to the provided hearty Chinese breakfast was a daily highlight, offering delicious, authentic flavors that fueled our days perfectly. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable were the owners. Their kindness went far beyond the expected. They were incredibly helpful with booking our activities, offering expert local advice. Most extraordinarily, they personally drove us to places in their own car, transforming simple logistics into cherished personal tours and conversations. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel. Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

長白山ワンダシェラトンに滞在するのは初めてですが、コンシェルジュのXiaohuiさんは真剣で、細心の注意を払い、滞在中に遭遇したすべての問題を解決してくれました。シェラトンの第二の我が家のようなサービスと保証を感じました。シェラトンの特別ポイント。ケータリング部門のマネージャーであるシャオフイさんも熱心で優秀で、フォローアップやつながりがあり、ゲストを満足させる機会を逃しません。我が家のような温かさを満喫でき、行き届いたサービスがもたらす幸せを旅に感じさせてくれました。ワンダ シェラトンがますます良くなることを願っています。添付写真：鹿肉入り餃子、牛すじの小花ソース添え、本格的な商品をお手頃価格で、四川料理も食べられます。 XiaohuiとXiaochenに改めて感謝します。子供たちを連れて行きます。

Came back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again.

清明節算淡季，萬達度假區裏保留了四家酒店運行。 從下訂單開始，早早有工作人員聯繫並加微信。入住順利，雖然客人不多，公區依然温暖舒適。房間寬敞，打掃的乾淨，裝修已經有歲月痕跡，好在維護得不錯。 兩天晚餐都在酒店餐廳，幾乎沒有人，但服務員和廚師還是盡力滿足了我們的需求。總體來説，菜品精緻，份量不大，符合星級酒店水準。 節後的客人更少，早餐改用了更精緻的點餐，非常不錯。

What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

It was my first time staying at Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The butler service was truly exceptional, and a special shoutout to Romy, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly caring and thoughtful, helping us arrange transport and even assisting with sending a parcel back to Malaysia. We were here for a birthday celebration, and she surprised us with a free room upgrade, which made the trip even more special. The food at the hotel was delicious and comforting, though we do hope for more variety in the future. The breathtaking views and the overall experience were perfect, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were a map to make the area more tourist-friendly. There are many shops around the hotel, but we didn’t realize this until after skiing. A guide would make exploring the area much easier for guests. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
