After you make a reservation, we will proactively contact you to ask about your travel arrangements and whether you need a parking space reserved, hoping to reduce a bit of uncertainty on your journey and add a sense of ease.
When you arrive at the homestay, we won't disturb you in any way. Instead, we will set up a dedicated service group for you. This group won't send frequent push notifications; it will only respond promptly when you need something. From check-in to check-out, we continuously check in on your needs and those of your family, hoping to ensure every request is answered and every matter is taken care of. It's worth mentioning that we will turn on the air conditioning in your room in advance, so that the moment you open the door, you'll feel the perfect level of coolness or warmth.
The rooms are something we take great pride in. The decor is excellent and very new — the moment you open the door, your eyes will light up. The rooms are clean and tidy, with every detail reflecting genuine care. The refrigerator is thoughtfully stocked with Sprite and Coke — a small refreshment readily available during your travels. The room is also equipped with a washer-dryer combo and disposable laundry detergent, which is incredibly practical for guests spending time by the seaside, where clothes tend to get sandy or wet. Disposable items like toothbrushes are of very good quality, and the slippers are individually packaged and sterilized — quality shines through in the little details.
We know that a good breakfast is the perfect start to a day of travel. Our breakfast is hearty and made with care — fresh fruit, seafood noodles, and the kitchen auntie's cooking is absolutely delicious. What's especially worth mentioning is that if you love spicy food, the owner's homemade chili is incredibly aromatic — a full bowl of noodles with plenty of seafood. The owner's wife is exceptionally warm, always worried that you might not have enough to eat, constantly asking if you'd like some more. Such a breakfast is not just a meal; it's a warm gesture from Beihai.
In terms of service, we adhere to a butler-style standard of thoughtfulness. Whatever you need, we will deliver it to your room promptly. On this trip, many guests didn't need to buy water themselves when going out — the owner would proactively give them several bottles. These seemingly small gestures come together to create what our guests call a "great value" stay experience.
Many guests say that the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful, and the young ladies at the front desk are beautiful too. But we hope what you remember most is the warmth and hospitality here. We have already recommended this homestay to our own friends, and we hope to become a warm resting place for you by the shore of Beihai Silver Beach.

Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play.
The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way.
The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned.
The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture)
If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe.
I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China.
However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too.
These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host!
I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

ホームステイの周辺環境とインフラの状態は平均的で、トイレは換気されておらず、床面積は水で乾かすことができません。
洲島の全体的な感じはあまり良くなくて、無秩序で混乱して、統一管理を強化する必要があります。電気自動車の駐車は各種の料金、駐車場と観光スポットの入り口は数キロ離れています。余分なお金を使って観光車に乗る必要があります。島の消費量はとても高いです。

TTraveling Family from GermanyHad a really mixed stay at this Hotel. Only booked one night, with the option of extending, but decided against.
My wife and I came on separated flight, with mine delayed over 5 hours. I arrived at 02:00 past midnight to check-in. First they the reception told me I’m in the wrong hotel. I had to proof my booking with them and the fact that my wife is already in the room. After some discussion they refused to check me in, but told me to call my wife to let me into the room. First, not checking in and registering a foreigner is against the law. Second, why should I wake up my sleeping wife at this late hours? After insisting on being checked in the process went fast and smoothly, which makes me wonder, why the discussions first?
Room was spacious and clean. Nice view over the ocean.
At the breakfast buffet we were greeted by hordes of waiters watching over a half empty buffet, at 09:30. Nearly no western food options and no cold cuts. After asking I was treated to a plate of two pieces of Camembert, hard cheese and some kind of milk cheese. Not the standard for a Sheraton breakfast.
That’s also my final verdict. For this price and being a Sheraton Resort, it’s not up to the standards one would expect from a place with this name.

No daily room service , the hotel is clean but don't expect any will come to clean the room , you need to do it by yourself
Towels are not available, they provide 2 small towels , no one came to provide new one next day.. come ready
We find around there is other hotels , more nearer to the beach and with swimming pool.. next time will not come to this one , will book another
Family who run the business are nice , they tired to help , I think they can do much better if they have more regular cleaning service and add simple breakfast

In total , wasn't bad experience, as if you come , you will only sty at the hotel to sleep and the rest of the day at the water

I recently stayed at a beach view hotel in Beihai with a few friends, and the experience was fantastic! The room was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The bathtub facing the ocean was an absolute treat, allowing us to unwind while enjoying the incredible sunset.
The kitchen was well-equipped, and we found it convenient to prepare our own meals when we felt like staying in. The hotel is located just steps from the beach, so we were able to enjoy the sand and sea without any hassle. The balcony was a great spot to hang out with friends, with comfortable seating and an unbeatable view of the water.
Overall, this stay was perfect for a relaxing and fun getaway with friends. Highly recommended if you're looking for a beachside retreat with all the comforts of home!
