「Check-in: Check-in was quick and we were given a pass for free entry to vineyard and two small bottles of wine. An extra key card was also provided upon request. No deposit had to be made. The receptionist didn’t seem to have a lot of experience in handling booking confirmations shown in English language, but they quickly found it in their system instead. Rooms: Quite spacious and with all the furniture. It had a sofa set, 4 chairs with side tables along with a working desk and chair as well. Bedroom had a king size bed and a side sofa as well. The living room had a small balcony which allows you to enjoy the view outside. The lights were automatic and all buttons were touch operated. Air conditioner took some time and were not always able to reach the desired temperature. Luckily the weather was good. Amenities: The mini bar refrigerator seem to have been removed during our visit; but there was tea, coffee and two complementary water bottles, a big 5 liter jar of drinking water was also in the room which only costed 5 RMB. We didn’t try the gym but a walk around the pond was quite pleasant. Bathroom: The bathroom was big, fitted with a bathtub and good water pressure. Hot water was always available but not sure why it was yellow in color; should be fine for bathing I guess. The shower only worked in one mode and drain seemed a bit broken. Shower gel bottle was only filled up to a quarter of its capacity but seemed enough as we didn’t have to ask for a refill. There was no shaving kit found among disposables but all other items were there. Service: The room service was great and the food that we ordered from hotel restaurant arrived within 20 minutes. They also cleaned the room when we went out in the morning and provided a fresh set of towels and other amenities. Reception always provided the directions but no one accompanied us to the room after check-in. They always had a smile on and helped us with all our queries.」

「服務人員態度很好，提前發了進酒店的路線。基本有求必應。走的時候我們把包包的小被子忘到酒店了，工作人員主動聯繫給我們寄回家，很感謝。 酒店有點偏山莊形式，有東門和西門兩個入口，中間是一片小湖，給私人承包出去了，可以釣魚。口還不錯，釣費不到一百元，傍晚的時候吹着湖邊的風很愜意，有大哥釣上來了鯧魚，我們釣上來幾條小鯽魚和小蝦。 房間很乾凈，我們訂的陽湖親子房，湖景很漂亮。房間門口還有個鞦韆椅可以坐着賞景。酒店前台有洗衣機可以免費使用。酒店東門出去就是棣花古鎮，步行大概十來分鐘。荷塘很美，就是古鎮沒啥看頭，裏面的餐飲味道比較一般，都是村民自己做的。 唯一美中不足的是酒店周邊的防蚊措施需要加強，水邊蚊子多可以理解，早上和傍晚一出門就會被咬。帶寶寶的一定要給寶寶隨時補驅蚊水。」

「這家酒店強烈推薦，衹在前台坐了一會，就給我們倒水，前台很熱情，服務一進門就感受到了，到處都很乾凈衞生，入住體驗感很好，有需求找前台都能及時解決，看我們是外地的在前台的時候還很熱情的幫我們推薦了一些好吃的，房間設施也比較到位，性價比很高，跟前台説下次還來入住，還給我送了個小禮品，感謝感謝」

「部屋は路地の道路脇にあります。車は道路脇に駐車できます。部屋は広くありません。4階にエレベーターはありません。衛生状態は大丈夫です。臭いはありません。部屋は改装されました。バスルームは非公式です。お湯は良いです。」

「訂的特價房，在7樓，電梯衹能上到六樓，也還不錯，整體設施也還行 ，不算太舊。 衞生搞的很乾凈 應該點贊👍👍👍 在市中心的位置，距離縣政府很近。重要的是在丹鳳葡萄🍇酒廠旁邊，去銷售部嚐了一通葡萄酒，各種類型的都品嚐了，哈哈😊差點喝醉了呢。感覺太好了！還有就是推開窗户就看見鳳冠山 感覺很舒服！ 服務一般，詢問咋停車 回説是來晚了，沒有停車位了，讓自己在馬路上找地方停車，也就十多塊錢，可是訂房的時侯顯示的是有免費停車場的呀，經過據理力爭，才説讓停斜對過商場的地下車庫裡，退房時在拿票去免費，説明是有停車位呢！建議改進哈。」

「非常滿意👍這個價格本來期待不高，就是歇個腳。沒想到民俗院內環境很好很温馨，房間乾乾淨淨的，年輕的老闆娘利索能幹又熱情，提供的早餐居然是四個菜，本以為就是簡單的稀飯饅頭和雞蛋的，老闆娘説今天過節，端午，又送來粽子，太豐盛了實在吃不完，問老闆娘能把粽子帶走嗎，沒吃過荷葉包的粽子呢，老闆娘熱情相送！以後有朋友到古鎮玩會推薦三謀庭院民俗！」
