「清明節算淡季，萬達度假區裏保留了四家酒店運行。 從下訂單開始，早早有工作人員聯繫並加微信。入住順利，雖然客人不多，公區依然温暖舒適。房間寬敞，打掃的乾淨，裝修已經有歲月痕跡，好在維護得不錯。 兩天晚餐都在酒店餐廳，幾乎沒有人，但服務員和廚師還是盡力滿足了我們的需求。總體來説，菜品精緻，份量不大，符合星級酒店水準。 節後的客人更少，早餐改用了更精緻的點餐，非常不錯。」

「位置很好，距離長白山西坡池西檢票處走路幾分鐘。停車免費，門口隨便停，但是也因為免費，停車場也沒個車位線，破損的地方也很多。停車全憑自覺。房間很大，衞生不錯。床不算高級，甚至能摸到金屬彈簧，但很舒服，睡得很好。兩個枕頭，一個羽毛的一個很扁的海綿枕。屋裡沒裝修味。隔音一般，早上不要指望着睡到6點以後，因為大家已經準備出發爬山了。周邊很方便，旁邊歐亞超市物價很低，除了食物，還有生活物品，拖鞋啥的，注意點時間，早7點到晚7點。**外賣可以買到肯德基必勝客好想來，吃飯不是問題。洗澡水有問題，忽冷忽熱，洗澡很難受。前台很文明，服務態度很好。工作人員熱情，都會打招呼。雖然有一些缺點，但是結合價格來看，還是很值得。推薦。」

「The hotel location is convenient for everything. Our room had a nice view and the conceige provides helpful information and especially for the first timer at Changbaishan. The extra penny spent would be the coach for skiing and food. Will be back soon. The people here is very helpful.」

「What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.」

「這個酒店的位置離池西客運中心非常近，走路五六分鐘，工作人員態度都很好，和聲細語，積極主動。房間較大，整體設施不錯。 我是7月7日去的西坡，沒想到結束的比較早，三點多鐘就回酒店了，本來是團購的房間，不允許退房，但還是抱着試試看的想法和酒店前台溝通，沒想到他們表示理解，同意退房，在此表示感謝！」

「酒店坐落在撫松新城政府大樓旁，周邊不算熱鬧繁華，但緊挨着三江滙遊園。這是一處小巧的沿江徒步休閑公園，江邊環境好、空氣十分清新。 客房空間寬敞，床品睡起來很舒服，就是整體裝修配色偏深沉，大面積黑色調，個人不太習慣。 這家酒店最出彩的是服務，全員態度都特別熱情。訂單確認後，管家2002就主動來電添加微信，免費幫我們升級房型，細緻講解酒店全部服務，還幫忙協調晚餐時間。原本16:30領取的贈送凍梨汁，因為我們抵達較晚，管家特意直接送到餐桌。離店時還贈送了伴手禮，服務熱情得讓人有點受寵若驚。 美中不足是衞生間洗漱備品品質一般，建議酒店可以更換供應商，整體體驗很不錯。」

「之前刷到很多好評，抱着很高的期待過來入住。提供免費高鐵站接送很方便，民宿外部環境氛圍感很棒，很適合拍照打卡，風景很好。前台響應很快，服務很爽快，早餐口味很好，深夜還有自助泡麪，爬長白山還可以提供登山杖和防風鏡很貼心，還可以領取長白山紀念本子，體驗蓋章，很有紀念意義。房間佈局合理，設計很有特色。山裡氣候特殊偶爾會有蚊蟲，房間配備驅蚊液，還有洗衣機帶烘乾非常方便。另外附近還有一個明月園公園，沒事的話可以晚上散散步。整體是一次不錯的度假體驗，很適合來長白山出行落腳，推薦出行過來打卡。」

「このホテルは本当におすすめです！ ビジネス旅行にもレジャー旅行にも最適です！ 1️⃣ 新しくオープンしたばかりで、設備はすべて新品です。チェックインの際、オーナーが私たちの部屋を広々とした50平方メートルのスイート（写真参照）にアップグレードしてくれました。バスルームも広々としていました！ 2️⃣ 立地が最高です。ホテルのすぐ外には大型スーパーがあり、手頃な価格で豊富な品揃えです。1階にはコンビニもあり、あらゆる種類のスナックや飲み物が揃っています。観光センターまでは徒歩5分、市内のレストランまではタクシーで10分です。オーナーがおすすめの美味しいバーベキューレストランを教えてくれました！（外出したくない場合はテイクアウトも可能です。特におすすめは「李記鉄鍋煮込み麺」です。豚スペアリブの煮込み麺は驚くほど香りが良く、2人で38元、ボリューム満点で大きなスペアリブがたっぷり入っています！冷菜も絶品です。） 3️⃣ オーナーはとても親切で温かく迎えてくれます。最初はホテルに空港送迎サービスがないことに気付いたのですが、オーナーが積極的に連絡をくれて、フライト情報を尋ね、自ら迎えに来てくれました。帰りは週末でオーナーは忙しくて直接送迎はできなかったのですが、車を手配してくれました。料金は60元でした。 ご参考までに。4. 以前はいつも朝食付きのホテルを予約していたのですが、寝坊して朝食を食べ損ねることがよくあり、結局無駄に料金を払ってしまうことがよくありました。ところがここは！どんなに遅く起きても、女将さんがいつも作りたての朝食を心を込めて用意してくれるんです！私のような働く人間にとって、本当にありがたいことでした…。 5. 女将さんは信じられないほど美しく、優しい方です。おすすめの観光スポットを熱心に教えてくれ、分からないことは何でも質問できました。彼女の答えやおすすめはいつも本当に誠実でした！それから、彼女はティエジュという名前のポメラニアンを飼っていて、とっても可愛いんです！ 6. 空港まで迎えに来てくれる途中で花火屋さんを見かけたので、何気なくここで花火を打ち上げても大丈夫か聞いてみました（南方城には規制があるようです）。すると後日、女将さんが線香花火をたくさんくれたんです！仕事が忙しくて打ち上げる時間がなかったので、お返ししました。次の宿泊客が楽しい時間を過ごせるといいですね！ 7. 部屋には必要なものがすべて揃っています。自動トイレ、全室暖房完備で、清潔で整頓されています。朝、カーテンを開けて差し込む陽光がとても気持ちいいです。 🌟オーナーの方々に心から感謝申し上げます！今回の旅行と仕事で本当に疲れ果てていましたが、オーナーの方々の温かいおもてなしと心遣いに本当に癒されました。 安迅ホテルのさらなるご発展を心よりお祈り申し上げます！」

「Came back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again.」
